I bought the CA king size and based my purchase on the reviews. I already thought Serta was a reliable brand, this topper is like sleeping on a cloud! No more morning back pain no tossing and turning! The reviews were spot on! The packaging was good, the odor wasn’t that bad, ours fluffed up almost immediately- no complaints. The price for this was fantastic. Would recommend.

This king size pillow top cover with memory foam mattress topper was purchased in August for a new king bed in travel trailer. The topper was packaged compressed and surprisingly the memory foam expanded perfectly. Not all compressed toppers do that. I trimmed the foam with razor blade box cutter to fit the actual mattress as it was 3” too wide. The cover fit just fine. I have a very bad back and two surgeries later lots of arthritis so sleeping comfortably is not easy. I had an occasion to sleep on the bed when my 2 GSDs pushed me out of my home bed! I got up and took my pillows to the travel trailer. Let me tell you right now......I fell onto that bed and it felt absolutely like a cloud. I was supported and the new London Fog sheets were extremely soft to the skin. The comforter, also new, was warm and there was no repugnant odor. The travel trailer already had that new smell anyway. In my honest opinion, this is the very best buy I have made in a very long time. Do not scrimp $$$ on your sleep foundation, sleepless nights and back pain are a terrible price to pay. I love this topper and cover!!

I purchased this topper on 6/15/17 and put it on top of my Sleep Number C2 mattress which did not have much foam. Since then it's like sleeping on a cloud and I get the best sleep ever. Now did I mention I saved some $1200 by not upgrading to a P6 mattress from Sleep Number, and actually got an additional 1" more foam. Do the numbers, $899 C2 +$149 for topper, P6 Sleep Number $2299, Cha Ching, big savings. Try it you will like it...just saying.

We have had this topper for 1 week now and the smell is relentless. It has not dissipated at all, its a very strong smell, almost mildew like. The smell even transfers to anything you lay on the bed, even with a cover and sheet over the topper! Our pillows, sheets and even clothing laid upon the bed will smell like the topper. Its going back to Sams today. As far as comfort goes, I think it is satisfactory, I personally would prefer a bit firmer as its very soft. But for those that like a sink in soft topper, this would do the trick nicely if you can get past the horrible smell.

We bought a firm bed in a box 2 years ago and it was great for the 1st yr. Then it just went down from there. We could feel the middle support of the frame through the matress and it didnt matter what we did one of us always felt like we were sleeping on a slope. I have severe MS so it is hard for me to move in the bed and could never find a comfortable spot for more than a few minuets. So I am tossing and turning all night. I was worried about adding memory foam to our bed as it made it very hard to move when we tried it a few years back. But this topper is a wonderful. While the height added to the bed makes it harder to transfer from my wheelchair once I got situated I fell right to sleep and didn't move till the alarm went off. Not one single joint hurt or did my spine feel twisted out of shape as it has all week. It is very soft to the touch but adds the needed support. It is harder to get situated at first but well worth it in the end. I was able to lay on my back for several minuets, without the normal sever spine collapsing pain and able to get dressed in bed and roll over when I wanted to just as I did before the topper was added and no extra effort was needed.

THE WORST CHEMICAL SMELL IN MY HOUSE FROM THIS MATRESS. OPENED ALL MY WINDOWS AND THE SMELL STILL LINGERS. AIRED IT ALL DAY IN THE YARD IN THE OPEN AIR, STILL STINKS. GAVE US A BAD HEADACE. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! NOT EASY TO RETURN. HOW DO YOU PACKAGE UP A CUMBERSOME MATRESS AT HOME FOR RETURN, NOT COMING BACK IN MY HOUSE. I RATHER SLEEP ON THE GROUND THAN INHALE THAT HIGH CHEMICAL SMELL ALL NIGHT. ITS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED DAMAGED GOODS.

This mattress is not for everyone... i got it to buy me some time to get a new mattress. It's really a good 4'.. now when i unboxed it i was a little concern but after it sat for a minute to breath it worked well. It comes with a pad cover because it really help shapes the pad. Now, this ia truly a memory foam so when you lay on it, it sinks the body in. I must say that this thing has kept me in bed because i was so comfortable and did not want to get up. Now I'm a side sleeper and all though it's really comfortable my head and body is not inlined and I'm sure i will be sore over time. I plan to return it because of that, also do it doe the extra 4' my sheets really don't fit all the way over it and the actual mattress, it also raises how how your mattress is due to extra 4'. Overall it's definitely comfortable and makes you feel snug but since I'm a side sleeper and I'm not inlined, i rather return now rather than later.. Fyi.. if you try and return this 1 the store will not take it back so you have to mail it back which they give you label but it will NOT fit back on the box so you will have to pay for a new box so it can go in🤦🏾‍♀️$30 to send it back via FedEx. They can send you something via bulged out but you can't ship it back like that... so beware before buying.

We went to PCB for vacation and had to ask the owner of our VRBO what her secret was to the most comfortable bed ever! She told us about this topper. Needless to say all 3 of our families immediately got on SAMS and had this pillow top mattress topper sent to our houses for when we returned home! I highly recommend this topper to anyone that likes a soft bed. However the owner told us it works best if you have a more firm mattress. We LOVE it and feel like we’re sleeping at a 5-star resort every night! A must buy! (:

I have had this topper for a month and absolutely love it. No more sore spots, it cuddles you, I love climbing into bed at night. Be sure to read the instructions, (I didn't) and made it much more difficult to put on the bed than it would have if I had read the instructions.

I bought this in November and I hate it. My back is aching, my hips hurt and I do not look forward to sleeping any more. I am in pain. I wish I had kept my old cheaper memory foam topper but it was starting to shred. More expensive is not always better.
