Great product. Granted I have only used it one night but what a difference one night makes from a firm saggy mattress that i have to a soft yet strong memory foam. This is so comfortable for me. Comes with a washable sheet cover for the plush. My back ached everyday and last nights sleep didnt give me any pain

We bought a firm bed in a box 2 years ago and it was great for the 1st yr. Then it just went down from there. We could feel the middle support of the frame through the matress and it didnt matter what we did one of us always felt like we were sleeping on a slope. I have severe MS so it is hard for me to move in the bed and could never find a comfortable spot for more than a few minuets. So I am tossing and turning all night. I was worried about adding memory foam to our bed as it made it very hard to move when we tried it a few years back. But this topper is a wonderful. While the height added to the bed makes it harder to transfer from my wheelchair once I got situated I fell right to sleep and didn't move till the alarm went off. Not one single joint hurt or did my spine feel twisted out of shape as it has all week. It is very soft to the touch but adds the needed support. It is harder to get situated at first but well worth it in the end. I was able to lay on my back for several minuets, without the normal sever spine collapsing pain and able to get dressed in bed and roll over when I wanted to just as I did before the topper was added and no extra effort was needed.

I am VERY Happy with this mattress Topper! I already have a Pillow Top Mattress but it has not been as comfortable as it once was so I decided to buy the Serta 4" Pillow-Top and Memory Foam Mattress Topper and I LOVE IT! I have been getting a great nights sleep again!

A couple years ago I ordered a mattress set from Sam's Club. I didn't go with a pillowtop (which I've always had) and I just hate it....too hard. Fine for hubby but my hips just didn't seem to like it at all. Had a hard time sleeping and always woke up with aches....anyhow, decided to get this and see if it helped. (tried a 2" foam topper previously which did nothing to help).... but this, THIS is amazing.....I am so happy that I got it! Hubby doesn't seem to mind it at all and I'm finally getting a good nights sleep. I wake up with no hip pain. Bought for a very firm memory foam bed that we have on our RV. Unwrapped and placed on the bed, put the cover on and tested it out. I fell asleep right away and did not want to get up. Love the zip cover. Serta 4 inch with pillow top. Really want one for the bed at home now.

I have only slept on this one night and know I can't keep it. 1) The foam itself is only at best 3 inches thick (on a 4" marketed topper - do better, Serta!) 2) It retains body heat and can make sleeping temperature extremely hot (unless that's what you want) 3) Mine also had that yellow chemical stripe on it - it's not urine as others have stated, I think it's from chemicals/being stored in non-temp controlled warehouses

Love it!!! Extremely comfortable and a perfect top for a firm mattress. The only reason for the 4 stars is the strong smell that can last for a few days. I should have left it on a ventilated area for at least 72 hours but instead, I put it on my bed the same day I received it.

I bought a relatively expensive mattress sight unseen based on reviews (umm, it was NOT comfy plush yet supportive, lol) and it was quite uncomfortable. So much so that we couldn’t tell which was the “pillow-top” side and which was the box spring side. We bought this topper (again, based on reviews) and we are SO glad we did. It’s like sleeping on a different mattress. Plush but you don’t sink in, molds to your spine. Worth every penny.

I purchased this topper in a king at the store and it did not fully inflate. It is still compressed in a large area. Also, the topper is shedding/ breaking down - you touch it and grits stick to you fingers. It is defective. This is impossible to repackage in the box to return or transport in a regular vehicle once opened.

My husband and I thought this topper would be great for our new mattress but it isn't working out. For over a month now we have been waiting for this awful smell to dissipate....but it hasn't and now the smell is making me ill. We have tried airing our room out but that doesn't help. The smell has gotten into our pillows,sheets and comforter. I'm very disappointed because we don't know what to do and the topper has become increasingly HOT! We need HELP!! A $179 is alot of money to be going through this agony.
