I have bought a dozen toppers over the years with college kids moves etc. I saw this in club and thought Serta perfect. The worse ever. It doesn't even get close to the normal size. Large areas when it never expanded. Now I have to lug this back to store to return. This really is the worst product ever purchased. So disappointed.

Packaging was pretty terrible. The shipping box was half open and the items didn't even arrive in a serta box inside the shipping box. The topper wasn't even in a waterproof bag. Just exposed to the elements in a brown shipping box. Shipping complaints side, it is very comfortable. Now I just gotta find a fitted sheet to go over the mattress+ topper. Also: the plush cover in the box only goes on the topper. It does not go on the mattress and topper together. I figured that out after about an hour of struggling.

Slid off bed constantly

This topper sounded so good and was so bad. It did nothing like it said it would. It was suppose to help with compression points. Not only did it not help but made it worse. It is hot and you can not hardly get in and out of the bed with it. It also hurt my neck. I bought a new pillow thinking that would help but it just made it worse. Plus trying to get it returned as been a nightmare. I am so disappointed in Sam's Customer Care.

I purchased the queen 4" pillow top and memory foam mattress topper, and it has been sitting out on my balcony for the last 12 hours, because the smell was so horrific i couldn't keep it inside. Thinking it might air out, i just went outside and checked it, and it stinks just as bad as it did. Now, i have to try to figure out how i am going to get this thing back in the box, down 3 flights of stairs, to return it back to the store. What a joke! They better refund my money!

For anyone having difficulty with the memory foam not expanding when you take it out of the box, I used a hair dryer on medium heat and just rubbed the memory foam on both sides until it slowly expanded. It took a little while but maybe 30 minutes later it was fully expanded and ready to be put in the cover!

Firstly it arrived in a brown unmarked box -, not a Serta box which surprised me. When I unrolled it there was no sign anywhere of memory gel just fiber. I sat on the topper and it provided no support and literally just disappeared I never actually used it but I cannot see how it is cooling in anyway or that it provides any support / additional comfort to that already provided by the matress I returned it straight away and purchased something else in store

I purchased this for a Christmas gift expecting it to arrive in the Serta box as pictured. Instead, it arrived thrown in a brown cardboard box with nothing anywhere indicating it is a Serta. I am not sure if it is a product someone else returned or if Sam’s Club sent a generic product instead of the name brand

This item was a major disappointment for me. While advertised as having a medium firmness, it was actually far beyond soft. So soft that that it began to cause joint pains in my knees and shoulders from sleeping in a curved (downward) position. That's how much give this has. Furthermore, nothing on earth could keep this thing from constantly sliding around on top of the underlying mattress. Every morning, it would be hanging of the bed by about a foot, and every morning I would have to correct it and re-do the fitted sheets. Overall, there is nothing positive I could say about this item.

Hubby and I have a split king adjustable bed with latex foam mattresses. The mattresses are too firm so we purchased two Twin XL toppers. Opened up them up, put them in the pillow top cover and they molded to the beds right away. Oh my, they are so comfortable! They made our mattresses feel wonderful. However, after a couple nights of sleep the pads start shifting in the pillow top covers and off the mattress. The separation of two Twin XL mattresses now feels like a 6" valley in the middle as the pads both shift outward. We wanted to keep the individuality of the adjustable beds, but maybe we should have purchased a king sized topper. We've tried everything we can think of to keep the toppers in place; nothing is working. So if you have a split king like we do, I wouldn't recommend them for this type of bed.
