I’m hoping Serta sees this review and makes the team that designed this product sleep on it. We owned the earlier design of this topper that we loved. That version’s 1 inch part was like a fitted sheet that held the 3 inch foam firmly in place. This absolute poor design has the foam enveloped in what reminds me of a big pillow case with a zipper. We have to readjust this thing every morning and it is a major headache. DO NOT PURCHASE unless you want to pay for disappointment.

I was skeptical at first because some reviews were negative but this topper is great. I bought a new mattress and it needed something more and this topper is perfect. It does slide a litte but it is so comfortable and helps me sleep so much better. Im so glad i bought it.

This mattress topper does not have the quality as our last one. The last one we purchased it took about two years for the sides to start folding up as we lie toward the middle, this one is bending up after two weeks. The sides are spreading out like rolling dough on the counter, it seems to be widening and is now a couple inches wider than our bed. It is somewhat comfortable but who knows what it will be like after 6 months.

Couldn't sleep on this. It made our bed horribly uncomfortable and extremely warm. The box claims "sleep better tonight" and "all night cool and dry" but this product didn't live up to either of those claims. Tried to return to Sam's Club and they wouldn't take it back even though there is nothing clearly posted in store or on the receipt that there are no returns allowed. A huge waste of money on a product that I would give negative star ratings if I could.

So to start off I never write reviews, But do read them when making a purchase. I read all the reviews on this product and thought to myself man "man there are way more good reviews than negative this could be just what I'm looking for". In hind sight I should of paid more attention to the less than stellar reviews. When I got home and opened the topper everything was fin. the topper fit the bed well and didn't have an odor like some of the reviews said. Everything seemed good. The first night sleeping on the topper was interesting it kept rolling up on the edges and seemed to move all over the bed. I figured it just needed to break in. After a few days I was still having the same problem with the topper moving around while I slept. So I went to the local craft store and got some big safety pins. My thought was I could use the safety pins to tighten my fitted sheet to the mattress. (I have a king bed) I placed the topper where it needed to be on the bed installed the fitted sheet and pinned it to the mattress on all four corners as well as in the middle of the sheet so that it was as tight as I could get it to fit around the topper to hold it into place. To my disbelief even that didn't work. The topper still moved around and bunched up at the bottom of the bed. I have now had the topper for almost two months It still moves around like crazy. It was very comfortable for about the first month. Since then it has went down hill. It is though the area of the topper that sleep on has already broken down and is not providing the support it had only a month ago. Needless to say after almost two months I am back to sleeping on my mattress with no topper. The mattress that the topper was placed on is a little over a year old. I decided to buy this topper because I like a bed that is a little softer than my wife. After reading the reviews I thought that it would provide us with a happy medium. Myself the comfort of a memory foam topper and it would still allow my wife to have the support she likes. I was wrong after spending almost $200.00 on the topper two months later we are still in the same boat we were in before. Hope my review helps you out.

Bought this is the Twin XL size. When it arrived, it all appeared very generic. I bought this item in store in K and Q. Those were labeled with Serta with color pics, etc. This had no Serta label except for a matrix-printed white paper enclosed. The ad states it is four inches. After 48 hours expansion, it is barely 2 inches. I would assume this was a knock-off, or a return from which buyer substituting a different (inferior) item than they purchased. There are reviews here stating it was 3 inches but buyers seemed ok with that. I would expect four, as listed. Not three but definitely not two.

I bought this while it was on sale. This mattress topper is really comfortable and cloud-like soft. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it slides around on my mattress causing it to overlap on one side so I'm always having to adjust it before I lay down by dragging it back to center. You may not have this problem if two people of about equal weight are sleeping in the bed. I have researched a bunch of these toppers and even returned another brand so overall I am satisfied with this product for the quality and price.

I loved everything about this topper except for the smell. It took about 8 or 9 days for the smell from the foam to dissipate. I aired it for a day and wished I had aired it for a week. The smell is like a chemical smell. I have a sore shoulder, unfortunately, the one I have to sleep on and bursitis in my hips. It does help with that. The cover went on easily and zipped with no problems. I would buy another one, but would definitely air it out a good week before using it.

Good value, easy to order and pick up curbside. A little work to add to existing mattress if foam has a zippered cover, but no complaints as this fully protects it. Comfy night's sleep immediately. For those with very sensitive noses, you may notice off gassing for no more than 48 hours.

Was going to purchase another brand since this one was listed as online only. But when I got to our local Sams Club, this memory foam topper was there. So We purchased it. Opened it up and I have not noticed any unpleasant smell. Takes about 4 hours to fully expand. I can't wait to sleep on it. I did lay on it for a bit and no hip pain. "Thank you Jesus!"
