This mattress topper provides the perfect balance between snuggly comfort and support. I have used it for a week and have been sleeping better and more soundly during that time. My mattress without the topper was fine but it did not have a pillow top. The addition of the topper has added the cocooning effect of a pillow top but with the added support and benefits of memory foam. I highly recommend the product.

We got our Serta pillow top, memory foam toppers the end of December. We have an adjustable bed system with two extra long twin mattresses make our king bed. The toppers were very easy to add to our existing mattresses. We could sleep on them that same night with no odor from the foam, and they were nicely plumped to their 4” fullness within hours. They are so comfortable!! We have been sleeping on them for nearly a month, and we have no complaints of any kind. For those that might want to know, the toppers do work very well on adjustable beds. It is easy to recommend this product.

We purchased to add to our new camper on the existing mattress and this really made the bed super comfortable! So glad we shopped around and decided on the Serta! Just love the pillow top and the size is a true queen!

Love my Serta Pillowtop Topper it fits perfectly on my older tempura pedic Mattress! It's like a new bed! The price was right and it arrived sooner than I expected

So far I love this topper as far as comfort . It is pretty comfortable and takes pressure away from hips as I’m mostly a side sleeper. It was fairly easy to get zipped into full zipper cover and lays nicely on top of my mattress.. There is a slight Oder but I think as the days go by it is slowly getting less noticeable. I would recommend it if you have an older mattress or yours is just too firm. It helps to sleep a bit more comfortably for sure .

This is the second Topper because the first Topper had an entire side damaged....this one has some small imperfections which should not exist if quality control had been exercised. For the price, the value is suspect!

The topper came with a 1” chunk of mattress ripped off the side. I didn’t return it because it was already inflated and out of the box. Otherwise, it is comfortable to sleep on.

Bought two of these and had same result! First one I returned because it wouldn’t decompress (had big divots in it and there were areas that were so compressed they looked melted). Thinking I got a bad one I exchanged for another. Same result! I followed instructions and gave it plenty of time ( 5 days)but it was un unusable. What a pain to stuff it back in box …TWICE! Sam’s was very good about refunding my money though.

Its comes wrapped in plastic and in brown box which surprised me. It wasn't its original serta box and it had yellow stains.I didn't open the plastic bag and returned it.

The topper had yellow stains and never unfolded completely
