This is the second mattress topper by Serta I've owned and I'm pleased that the only change seems to be in the cover for the pad which is not a bad thing. The topper is on my Serta mattress so what more can I ask for. The topper isn't used to rehab the mattress; I just like the "extra" it gives. Price is great for replacement every couple of years. I would definitely recommend this topper to anyone who just wants that little extra comfort.

I purchased one for our guest bed and my 77 year old mother loved it. So much so that she got one for her bed at home. Super soft. The only reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5, is that it does sink quite a bit when you lay on it. So do be aware of this before purchasing.

This is NOT REURNABLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have to file my complaint with the BBB. Both SERTA and SAMS CLUB have refused to take this UNOPENED MATTRESS COVER THAT LOOKS LiKE IT HAS BEEN URINATED ON BACK! I'll NEVER ORDER ONLINE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

YEARS. I WAS PRICING MATTRESS. AND THEY WERE EXPENSIVE. NOT TO MENTION THAT THEY DO NOT MAKE THEM LIKE THEY DID 20 YEARS AGO. .U COULD FLIP UR MATTRESSES OVER AND USE BOTH SIDES. NOW U CAN ONLY USE ONE SIDE AND THEY. COST TWICE AS MUCH.WHAT THE HECK!. SO ANYWAYS I DECIDED TO TRY A TOPPER INSTEAD. I LOOK AT A LOT OF THEM. AND READ THE REVIEWS. AND DECIDED TO TRY THIS THE QUEEN SIZE SERTA 4' PILLOW TOP AND MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS TOPPER INSTEAD. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION THAT I COULD HAVE MADE. FELLS LIKE A BRAND NEW EXPENSIVE MATTRESS. I MUST SAY THIS ALSO THIS . I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN LATE FOR WORK. BUT THE FIRST NIGHT THAT I SLEEP ON THIS TOPPER. I WOKE. UP TWO HOURS LATE. BEST SLEEP I HAVE HAD IN YEARS. . I bought this about a month ago and I really hate it. It slides off the mattress very easily, and I find myself pulling it back on to the mattress several times a day. Plus, it's also very warm. It seems to hold your body temperature. It would've been a nightmare to roll it up and return it so, I just kept it. I guess they count on people like me who feel it just isn't worth the hassle. Don't waste your money on this product.

I bought two of these a couple weeks ago for my children. My son had stopped sleeping in his bed and started sleeping in mine because he said his bed wasn't comfortable after i got these toppers my only problem is i cant get them out of there beds in the mornings because there so comfortable.

I purchased this topper for extra comfort...after two back surgeries I’ve finally found the best way to get rid of discomfort and get a good night’s rest...the only thing I found offensive is the foam has a pretty pungent odor but with time I find the smell is dissipating.

After airing out on a sun porch for several days, I tried to put it on the bed and make the bed up. I couldn't stay in the room with it for more than a few minutes. The smell was so strong it caused an allergic reaction, i.e. my sinuses wouldn't stop draining down my throat and causing me to cough incessantly. I got the bed made, but it is in a guest bedroom so no one has slept on it yet. I've kept the ceiling fan going ever since, hoping that the smell would gradually dissipate. I guess we will see if it's usable when we have our next guest. I asked the maker to warn people of the possible health risks, but they just said 'if you don't like it, return it to the store as defective'. So much for customer satisfaction and concern for their customer's well being.

This memory foam topper is comfortable and I slept like a baby on a mattress that was less than desirable to sleep on prior to using it. Let me warn you that it it seemed like I was wrestling an alligator trying to put the cover on the foam. But once I did it was my own little piece of heaven. It did not slip or slide from the mattress as other reviews had stated. I was using it in the summer in Arizona and never got hot. It was for a twin size mattress. Best investment made in a long time.

Didn't really like this topper and because of the Sam's Club excellent return policy was able to return it. The topper has several issues. The first is that it is not a good design. The foam portion fits into the fiberfill top in a zipper compartment like a big pillow. then it sits on top of your mattress. There is no part of the topper that tucks down to the bottom of the mattress like most toppers have. The only think that holds the topper in place are your sheets. Because of this design the topper curls up on the edges and it moves on the mattress which requires you to adjust it every day after a nights sleep. I also found this topper to be too warm.
