I just bought my Brita 10 cup original received it yesterday. I know I'll be happy with it.

I brought this about 6 months ago and really like the quality of the product and the Tao water taste much better.

This is rediculous. It takes forever to fill. I do t have time to sit here and wait to fill the pitcher. Regret buying this

After many fill-ups I am still seeing alot of charcoal particiles in the white bowl. Is the filter defective or should I expect this indefinitly?

I have used my dispensary since mid 1990 and always has performed like new it is twice the size of the ones sold today.

The Brita filter is good; the only thing I don't like is when it is almost time to change the quality of the water becomes horrible.

I've used you pitcher and filters since 1982. In fact, I just bought a new pitcher. Everyone is right about the indicator, but I keep the date I changed the filter. That works for me.

Bought pitcher with 1 filter included. This filter lasted 1 week before the red replacement light came on. I use this to filter tap water for my dog. This amounts to less than 2-3 gallons of water. What a rip off.
