[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The water at my office tastes like metal, so my colleagues and I started using a Brita pitcher with filters and have noticed a HUGE difference in the quality of our water! Not only is the metal taste gone, but we can even see how much of the "ugly stuff" the filter is removing by the amount of black crystals that show in the water-filling basin! I definitely recommend this product.

The Brita pitcher has worked very, very well for me. However, I believe that the replacement filters are a little bit expensive. I would like you to either bring the price down a little bit, or make coupons more readily available. I live in Arizona, and we have some of the worst tasting and smelling water in the country. I can't and won't drink water that doesn't come from my Brita pitcher.

Also, this filter fits/seals snugly in the base of the filter holder, the others fit loosely and I`m certain allowed unfiltered water to fill the water reservoir.

I was so sick of single use plastics but wanted good tasting, clean water to drink! This filter, combined with my Everyday pitcher has provided just that! Very convenient and easy to use, this filter was a good choice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find the new filters much easier to fit into my 3 Brita pitchers. I use two different types of pitchers, and it makes it a bit faster to use the easy-grip filters, and makes the water taste great!

I started with Britta because i had a chlorine smell in my water.I love the new design filter.It has a tighter fit so the water goes through the filter, not as much leaking through around it.And NO MORE black spec's !!! I am very pleased with it and thanks for sending the free one to try. I was thinking of buying a different system but now i'll stay with Britta.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using a Brita water cooler since 2008 which takes 2 filters every 3 months. The water tastes great. The heating and cooling features work perfectly. Now that it is 16 years old we have decided to replace it with a new Brita free standing bottom dispenser. I am looking forward to using it for years to come.

There are no carbon particles that require rinsing with pitchers of water, although I still rinse and soak for a minute. I then use the water for the plants. I purchase in bulk and I change my filters a little more frequently than required as I do not like seeing the trapped particles on the screen.

We were so surprised at how much better this water tasted compared to some of the top brands of bottle water. We take our Brita water everywhere we go.
