[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My tap water has a strong chlorine taste and smell so in order to actually drink it I needed a way to filter it. This pitcher was the cheapest one available when I went to the store, and it's worked perfectly. Tap water now tastes like clean bottled water and the filters are inexpensive as well. This filter came with it, and works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This filter is much easier to use then the previous ones. With the previous filters you had to soak it in a cup of water for about 15 minutes. With this filter all you have to do is run some water over it for 15 seconds. This is so much faster and easier.

We would like to know if anything concerning your standard (Model OB03) water filters has changed. We have been using you filters for years even though our town's central water system improved and monitored by the EPA is doing well. We could easily use one of your filters for at least 2 months without any problems. Now we are lucky to get a month or less out of one. Our supply water has 0% of arsenic, iron and other minerals and our usage is normally 6 8 oz cups per day that we filter. It seems the price of your filters has increased but the quality has decreased. If we are doing something wrong please let us know as we strictly follow the directions of install for the filters. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this pitcher and dispenser filter and tried it out. Reading all the easy instructions it was simple to figure out. My friend has another brand and every time I try filling the dispenser I end up draining excess water...not the case here. The lake model has a lid that will auto close and only takes two precise fills to get at the right level.

We moved into a new house that has well water. Water is all I drink all day, and the well water is horrible. I CANNOT drink it. We were buying 2 cases of bottled water each week, and knowing all those bottles were ending up in a landfill was terrible. I bought the Brita pitcher and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!
