I am glad they come in multi-packs so that I don't have to remember to get them for several months. My pitcher tells me when to put in a new one. What could be easier? Water tastes great.

But, I wish the filter were easier to seat in the pitcher. Too easy to install the filter incorrectly leaving gaps around the filter where unfiltered water can fall through into the pitcher.

In addition, every purchase was bad for the earth and I was convicted by that fact. My family needs to enjoy fresh water and this filter seems to give that to us for an affordable price. We welcome all opportunities to be socially responsible and still get what we need. We will continue to purchase the Brita water filters as long as they give us good water; so far, so good.

I can't snap on the cap which automatically tracked usage and indicated when to replace the used filter yet the new features are worth the trade off. Not seeing black flecks in the pitcher makes me feel better about the water we're drinking from the Brita pitcher. I like the convenience of not having to pre-soak the new filter before use that gives us drinking water quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used these in my pitcher for years and they're easy to use! Just follow the directed and change them based on how much water you use! Some pitchers even have sensors to tell you when filter is good or needs to be replaced. Big fan!

I get so many great tasting bottles of water out of this and it's little to no waste. This is really easy to set up and maintain which makes it very convenient to use and maintain.

The only thing that can some times be a little tricky is installing the filter in the pitcher. It looks like you can just drop it right in but you have to align the slots correctly to get a comfortable fit. I'm use to the product so it comes easy to me but any of my family or friends that are trying to help me by changing it when needed always get frustrated and wonder how it can be so difficult. Overall I have enjoyed the use we get out of the Brita filter

Takes a little while to filter, but that's with any filter like this. We usually use it a little longer than recommended and never get the taste. We don't have very hard water though, so that's definitely a factor.
