[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Brita water filtration system was imperative when we lived in town, due to lead pipes. It kept our children's drinking water safe. Now that we live in the country, it does wonders to filter out the hardwater sediment from our well. A win-win!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think there should be physical indication on filters itself that it should tell a person itself that its life is over. May be the small rolling balls if finished then a person can assume filter is expired?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used this brand of dispenser and filters so I don't know how they compare to other brands. They seem to last as long as they're expected to based on water consumption. I usually let the taste tell me if the filter needs changed. I do think they hard to fit into the dispenser and can never tell if its all the way down or not.

I've loved my Brita pitcher for many years. Due to to financial issues, I tried the GV brand of filters. Shame on me! It was the worst. After a week, it was stopped up and not filtering any water. I'll never skimp on buying an off brand again..lol! 🤗

I am sooo frustrated & I feel that I am being lied to! All I want is to request a label, so that I can ship this box out to whomever it is that purports to recycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product works. The cleaner water has helped me ward off a deadly "Agent Orange" related kidney disease. It has encouraged me to consume more water. They don't write about water in the good book because they need to take up space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ease of using and replacing the Brita filters is one of my favorite things about Brita. It's nice to be able to just take off the lid of the water dispenser, pull the old filter out, rinse off the new filter and pop it back in the dispenser. I've used over brands that require more time spent prepping the new filter for use and find that it makes it easier to put off replacement.
