[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the pitcher. I bought set of filters last year and I'm at the last filter. Water tastes better when I use the filter. My only concern is I see black particles coming out from the filters, but maybe only 1 or 2 black particles wind up in the bottom of the pitcher. When I drink the water and see some particles, I just remove them. I really like using the filters because buying bottled water can be expensive and avoiding bottled water helps the environment.

Brita replacement filter instructions ? Not a drop of info, not even a picture of mine. It's the same o crap a Hanes Manual fluffs off on a shade tree mech. Illustrations NEVER match yours. Guess I'll wing it. Seriously the filter for a pitcher says to soak in water before useahh but online says No soaking hahaha

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did change my habit of buying water to the filter and I regret to not have that done much yearly, is much easy there in no carry around heave case of water bottles, the filters last 2 months just refil from the faucet. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my Brita about 3 months ago and I had ran out of bottled water and pulled my Brita out instead of racing to the store for more bottled water. I had gotten so tired of running to store to purchase bottled water. I'm now glad I ran out of Bottled water. My Brita have great taste and impurities are reduced, and I'm glad I'm not a slave to bottled water ANYMORE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son gifted me with a 10-cup Lake pitcher and a year's worth of standard filters. I used Brita filters years and years ago and I remember how messy the filters were, and how you had to soak them for 15 minutes. Not now--just simply run the filter under water for 15 seconds now! Also, you used to take 4 or 5 pitchers to get a clear fill (meaning a pitcher of water that wasn't clouded with charcoal). Now, it appears clear after 2, but the still recommend you use the first 3 pitchers to water your plants.

I absolutely love the conveninet multiple Brita filters. It is so easy to pick up a pack, get it home and prepare great tasting water. I use Brita for cooking as well as drinking cold and hot drinks---such as fresh lemonade and warm soothing tea!!! Great work Brita!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to try the Brita dispenser and filter system. I drink at least 64 ounces of water each day. The water tastes fresh. I get a reminder when it is time to change my filter so I don't have to worry about an ineffective filter. Very happy I have this system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I purchased my dispenser it came with one standard filter that says to last up to two months depending on how much its used daily. I think that it is overall convenient and gets the job done. However, the amount of time that BRITA gives me in terms of its use is a very short period of time. If I had a different option that could last longer (which there is) I would most certainly buy the longer lasting filter than the standard. I would leave these as emergency filters in an event that I couldn't get or afford or if I had a life changing situation where I couldn't have the longer lasting filter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brita filters are so affordable and easy to change which is great for busy people on a budget. My only issue with it is that sometimes the filter is fine other times like my last purchase the filter distorted the taste of my water.

I can tell as soon as it is time to replace the filter. I refuse to drink any water that has not be filtered though my brita. Girls at work think I'm totally crazy!!! I love my brita!!!
