This helped me with the congestion, and qll over body pain. It didnt make me feel sleepy so I could still keep going. It helped for the 12 hours but getting closer to time to take the next dose I did feel it helping a little less. Overall though it really does help with cold symptoms well.

Packaging is great and secure with 8 full standard doses of 2 tablets each (16 tablets total) with a simple tear packaged dose from slide set and peel off back layer. The effectiveness has been great for me at easing my heavy cold and fever symptoms by helping reduce my fever, ease my cough, and loosen congested mucous and overall discomforts. The 12 hour formula is perfect for not needing frequent doses and truly feeling that relief for that amount of time. I have not experienced any side effects, only desired effects and the tablet size is great and simple to swallow and seems to dissolve in my system quickly to get relief soon.

I helped loosen mucus and made me feel more comfortable while recovering.The tablets are easy to take ,although the size maybe a little large for some people.Overall I would recommend it for multi symptom cold relief .Since these are tablets there isn't really a strong flavor, which I personally prefer over overly sweet cold medicine
