I can definitely agree that it lasts 12 hours which was very convenient. It helped make my congestion and other flu like symptoms, manageable throughout the day. The tablets are big, but not don't taste too horrible. Overall, I would repurchase.

The pills are quite large but I have no problem. I feel like it does last the 12 hours before I need to take another dose
