I don't know what it is, but it seems to work better than the generics. With school back in session, it was just a matter of time before someone got sick. My son and husband both came down with something last week. Cough, congestion, headache, and just generally feeling yucky. Negative for flu and Covid, just a nasty cold. This medicine helped them actually sleep at night. The decongestant was fast acting and long lasting. They even only took one pill and that lasted all night.

I could rest without having to dose frequently and it covers a multitude of symptoms by taking 2 tablets. They were easy for me to swallow and yes they are slightly larger but I didn't have any difficulties nor aftertaste. This is a great product and great value as you don't have to take so many pills or remember when you took them as it covered everything I needed and lasted 12 hours.

I received them and conveniently i was already under the weather so it worked out nicely to test. I will say they overall worked great! My only complaint and the reason they dont get 5 stars is the taste. I generally prefer gels for this exact reason but they do work great knocking down your symptoms. Id recommend if you arent super particular about taste of medicine.

Usually we are takin mucinex separately and cold and fever tablets separately but with this we can take in 1 tablet. Great convenience.
