He took 2 tablets every 12 hours and felt better in about 2 days. This bi-layer tablet helped his cough, aches, and fever. It's made to provide 12 hours of relief for congestion, body aches, fever, and headaches. It's nice knowing you can take this 1 tablet and it will help you with multiple symptoms. It doesn't dissolve so you have to swallow it with a drink. He said it doesn't have a bad aftertaste either which also is a huge plus. But I have to say the effectiveness of it was great. Without having to consume the horrible smelling and tasting liquid these pills were in my cabinet for easy storage and after just one dose I started feeling better I am excited to have these in my medicine cabinet for myself and my family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My teenage daughter had gotten a cold and tried this medicine. She said the pills are a bit large and hard to swallow and the taste was not good at all. The medicine did work at helping her symptoms though.

I felt it began to work in a good amount of time. What i didn't like was all my pills were split apart I'm not sure what that was about and by them being extended tablets i was skeptical about if that would be a huge problem. Overall wasn't just a fantastic product worked about as well as any of the others !
