I took it this afternoon once I received the product and feel better already. Althought the pill seems big, if you drink enough water it becomes easy to swallow. The pagaging and dosage makes it easy to not forget to take the medicine. If I need to take it at night I can have the pills next to my bed stand and a bottle of water.
