Too hard for my daughter to open at school!!! Always has to ask for help and she’s a 9 ur old gymnast so it’s not like she’s a weak toddler

Arrived well packaged and without incident. Looks exactly as pictured and performs as written. Leak resistant but not leak proof.

Insulation works like a charm. Kids have taken solid and semi liquid dishes and they all were hot when they opened at school

I use it to take my lunch to work and not one thing ever spills out or gets cold. these containers are going to be great Christmas gifts this year

I have 2 of these and noticed some black stuff coming out of the lid where the vent button is. I broke open the lids and the inside of the lid is hollow and both are filled with mold. I attempted to contact Bentgo & explained the situation and got back 1 e mail about how to clean a bentgo plastic box, not a thermos, and then when I e mailed back again I got another e mail about how to clean a humidifier. Thanks for no help. We will not be using these ever again since every time you press the vent button you are getting mold on your food and there is no way to clean inside the lid without breaking it.

I really like how it has a wide mouth too. It has a twist lid that kept my food from spilling. Great to use for my kid's school lunches too. Easy to open and keeps it hot too.

I bought 2 of these containers. They are very sturdy, nice looking and easy to clean. Just recently, one of the containers had issue with keeping food warm. I called customer service and they were very helpful and sent me a replacement item. My other container is still working completely fine and it does keep my daughter's lunch warm. Highly recommend this!

I love the seafoam color of the top against the stainless steel. The only issue is, the top isn’t fitting very well. The positive about the top is the release valve, what a great idea.
