I used it a couple times and I followed the instructions and my food is cold when is supposed to be hot.

The size and quality is excellent, but the lid is a trouble. It's not east to put it on and hard to open when food is in it.

Insulation works like a charm. Kids have taken solid and semi liquid dishes and they all were hot when they opened at school
