I'm so glad somebody recommended this to me. I was always getting sick or feeling just nauseous due to not being hydrated enou. those sick feelings really were ruining me night and day. Yay for this drink! it made me feel better very quickly. Very thankful. The only downside, the content of sodium is very high. I might have to look at a different brand, unfortunately, cuz this one really tastes pleasant. I bought the white peach flavor. Right now I'm using just a half a packet at a time. Still get the benefits. by the way I live in Arizona. so the heat really draws out hydration. and even though it's not as hot here in the winter But the dry air just sucks the moisture out of you.

I use these for my Christmas gifts. I put everything in the bins instead of wrapping everything each person has their own storage bin and they have something to take the stuff home in so I've done that for a few years and I'll love it. The sheets are soft and comfortable. The liquid IV is a life saver for me. I dehydrate easily so drinking two of these everyday controlled my dehydration problems.

I think the concept is great. When you need hydration this would be a good option at A good price but that can’t compare to the taste. This product is not easy to swallow. No, really, the taste is hard to swallow. My son and I both tried it and both of us tossed it after one sip. Be forewarned.

Staying hydrated throughout a busy school day can be a challenge, and I have been looking for ways to drink more water. I decided to try these electrolyte packets because they offer unique flavors that are different from the usual berry options. This white peach flavor really does taste like real peach! I did find the flavor to be a bit strong when I used the whole packet. Since I prefer just a hint of taste in my 30 oz water bottle, I found a great solution. I only use half a packet at a time and fold the top over to save the rest for later. One of the best things about these additives is that you can easily control how much you use to get the perfect taste. I usually add the powder to ice-cold water. You really need to give it a good, long shake to make sure it dissolves all the way. If you don't, the flavor can be very strong at the bottom of the bottle. Once it is mixed in, it stays dissolved and doesn't have that salty or overwhelming aftertaste that some other sports drinks have. It has definitely helped me feel more hydrated and makes it much easier to reach my daily water goals.

Pretty expensive for how many come in a box, it’s better to get these at Costco but our drive to Costco is 45 min and with 2 toddlers we have given up costco and made Walmart our main grocery store… wish Walmart would sell some bulk items at competitive prices with Costco… tasted pretty good, husband loved them.

Ugh! This is insanely salty! it's completely undrinkable and will cause nausea. Anyone on blood pressure medication be warned. Heavily diluting with water has minimal effect, and it will over power any kind of sweetener. Somewhere under there, there's a peach taste, if you wanted seawater with a hint of peach.

I purchased this for my mother in law who is suppose to drink pedialyte. She dors not like the taste of the pedialye, but she loves the peach in this and after having bloodwork, the doctors told her to continue because her levels are where they need to be. I honestly dont know on the price comparison so wasnt able to give it a 5, you would have to look into that. I was just trying to find something that she did not dread

My adult kids use it after workouts for immediate hydration and replenishment. I use it on weekend mornings after a few drinks the night before. Great taste, great hydration and replenishment. It goes does so smooth. It is a pleasure especially if you are a little parched. Great product!

very sweet, almost nauseating but its the only thing non-sugar with this particular brand recommended by my primary care @ VA. Taking Wegovy and got diarrhea; supposed to replenish electrolytes. The other option is the sugar enhanced and its worse. If you ever had to do a colonoscopy with all that fluid you mixed in preparation...this is like that. The other sports drinks have electrolytes also but they are all sugared up too. Suppose if you must, then, again, this is what the VA recommended.

Taste great! Would never know this was sugar free, peach, no mango flavor, no gross after taste .not a berry drink hydration made easy, just add to water, could put in a bottle of water or in a glass. get hydrated, build your immunity, add zinc, vitamins, and minerals in your morning drinks
