For a good 4yrs I been dehydrate on and off do to covid (flu) I have been in the hospital for it a lot ..I came across liquid IV and yes it definitely works..I been iv free for 2 years because of this product..it taste great and you definitely feel a difference with in the first packet .I am so happy ppl put this on the shelf

When I got home & opened one it was melted together , hard & gooey like laffy taffy ! Checked the rest & over half of them were like that !

I am drinking the liquid IV because having trouble with getting dehydrated because of medication I take. It is really helping me.

The peach flavor is wonderful! Not chemically tasting and no bad aftertaste. The powder immediately mixes into the water, and there is never any residue left. I use this product every morning to make sure my sodium levels aren’t low.

Very effective product although a bit expensive Usually I only use about half of a packet and stretch it over a day or two, so for me it’s worth it. IF you like peach, the white peach flavor is worth coveting! Be careful with the excessive B6 etc

Even sugar free, this is plenty sweet enough! My kids love this one. It’s easy to bring on the go and throw in a water bottle for all your outdoor activities!

This stuff taste great. I’ve had different flavors, but this one does the job plus the flavor is like you’re eating a peach by itself. I mean, there’s no other way to describe it except delicious.

It's a bit salty tasting but the Dr said I need more salt, yuk lol. I've spent 189 days in and out of the hospital. Low b/p 92/43, constantly passing out. Postman recommended this. B/P is up, no passing out and I'm staying hydrated.

Make sure you use enough water. I normally fill my cup with ice and refill with water through out the day. With liquid IV I fill with water first, add powder , drink some, then fill with ice through the day and more water

I bought the White Peach thinking it would have a pleasant taste, but this stuff has the same aftertaste as the prep solution before a colonoscopy!! It's horrible!! I could not finish the first packet and threw the rest in the trash!!
