This stuff is the best. I was getting bad cramps from all the sweating that goes along with my daily run,, but as long as I drink one of these each day after a few days of consistently back drinking one serving of liquid IV - sugar free white peach , I don’t have to worry about cramping.

Love these little packets. I carry them around in my purse and my work backpack so that I can add them to my water when I'm feeling extra thirsty. If you're thirsty, you're already dehydrated, so these are a great replenisher. They taste wonderful and dissolve easily and completely - no grittiness left over in the bottom of the bottle.

I am a huge water lover but sometimes I want to have a little bit of flavor. The white peach is hands down my favorite!! I actually use in my 40oz water bottle and it's the perfect amount of flavor for my liking.

this is one of my favorite flavors and one of my favorite electrolytes. I drink it daily since I'm sodium deficient and it helps keep me out of the hospital. white peach is sweet but it doesn't raise my blood glucose. I seriously recommend this one

As someone that has AFib triggered by dehydration, Liquid IV has become my go to for quick hydration with ions. It wasn't until a emergency room physician told me that I was I dehydrated and connected me to an IV, that I realized that dehydration was my AFib Trigger. This works for me and your experience may vary, but when I sense that my pulse isn't quite right and notice my hydration is low, I mix a batch of the sugar Liquid IV and quickly drink. I use an Apple watch and Kadia Mobile to monitor my heart and rhythm. So far, results have been excellent. Now, I tell all my friends that when they need quick hydration, reach for the Liquid IV. I highly recommend it especially for the hot Texas summers.

This drink additive is the go to when you are feeling thirsty and need hydration. As soon as the mixture hits your tongue, you will know it works quickly. liquid IV is good mixed in your water bottle, and the peach flavor is excellent mixed with juice especially orange. This rehydration is the ultimate.

I like the liquid IV brand over other hydration mixes. The white peach is sweet and is kit too salty. The strawberry watermelon is a bit odd and has that artificial watermelon flavor that is a bit off putting but I still will drink it. Good for hydration but don't drink more than one a day as has been some report of people getting too much vitamin B.

I was wanting to try another hydration/water flavor so I would drink more water. This has a typical electrolyte flavor to it. So, if that is something that bothers you, now you know. The fruit flavor is pretty good as well. I would recommend the product!

This drink mix hydrates well. I like drinking it when the weather is warm. I think the flavor is okay. I like how it's sugar free. I usually just stir it into a large glass with cold water. It mixes well and doesn't clump up.

Too sweet with syrupy taste. Stevia sugar substitute never tastes good to me. The sodium is high at 500 for just one serving of 16 oz. Brain fog, drowsy and had muscle cramps, no improvement in energy. Will be returning for refund. The white peach had good reviews, but this is the last time I'll buy this brand.
