I really like this Liquid I.V.!!! It tastes great and makes it so much easier to get my water intake in in a day. I love that it’s sweetened with stevia and not chemicals. I highly recommend it, especially if you have a hard time getting your water in. If you want a little sugar with stevia, they make that also.

As someone that has AFib triggered by dehydration, Liquid IV has become my go to for quick hydration with ions. It wasn't until a emergency room physician told me that I was I dehydrated and connected me to an IV, that I realized that dehydration was my AFib Trigger. This works for me and your experience may vary, but when I sense that my pulse isn't quite right and notice my hydration is low, I mix a batch of the sugar Liquid IV and quickly drink. I use an Apple watch and Kadia Mobile to monitor my heart and rhythm. So far, results have been excellent. Now, I tell all my friends that when they need quick hydration, reach for the Liquid IV. I highly recommend it especially for the hot Texas summers.

If you are on a GLP1 journey, take it from someone who has lost over 100 pounds, spend a couple of extra dollars and buy liquid IV. GLP1s can dehydrate you. I thought I was drinking tons of water, and I was. But it wasnt enough and I got myself into dehydration trouble. Liquid IV is a game changer. Great value and other hydration mixes dont give you near the electrolytes of this stuff. Turns out Ive been getting plenty of water, but not plenty of salt. Yes, this stuff tastes like peach ocean water, but worth it!

This drink additive is the go to when you are feeling thirsty and need hydration. As soon as the mixture hits your tongue, you will know it works quickly. liquid IV is good mixed in your water bottle, and the peach flavor is excellent mixed with juice especially orange. This rehydration is the ultimate.

I drink liquid IV hydration after the gym and my leg cramps have all but resolved. This taste is good and it does taste like some other electrolyte drinks, it's fresh.

I’ve been really impressed with Liquid I.V Sugar-Free Hydration Multiplier! The White Peach flavor tastes light, refreshing, and not overly sweet. It mixes well, helps me stay hydrated, and I love that it’s sugar-free without having a weird aftertaste. Perfect for busy days, workouts, or just getting extra hydration in!

This tastes good in my peach sparkling water with a little extra stevia added, otherwise it's too salty for me. I do like it and it's refreshing. When I'm under the weather I'm not sure it really helps me physically but it sure does mentally. It's very expensive for my budget but I usually try to divide it in half and add it to my water- that way I stretch it out through the day. In this way I feel like l'm staying hydrated and I probably drink more with it than just plain water. I buy this as needed and recommend it!

I used Liquid I.V. for the first time because I wanted to be sure I was drinking enough water. It was very easy to use and the taste was very good. I will continue to use Liquid I.V. and have it available for the family during our summer.

I have tried the regular liquid IV before so I thought I would try these. Both have a salty taste, but the sugar-free ones are like ocean water I couldn’t stand it.
