I really like this Liquid I.V.!!! It tastes great and makes it so much easier to get my water intake in in a day. I love that it’s sweetened with stevia and not chemicals. I highly recommend it, especially if you have a hard time getting your water in. If you want a little sugar with stevia, they make that also.

This stuff is the best. I was getting bad cramps from all the sweating that goes along with my daily run,, but as long as I drink one of these each day after a few days of consistently back drinking one serving of liquid IV - sugar free white peach , I don’t have to worry about cramping.

Love these little packets. I carry them around in my purse and my work backpack so that I can add them to my water when I'm feeling extra thirsty. If you're thirsty, you're already dehydrated, so these are a great replenisher. They taste wonderful and dissolve easily and completely - no grittiness left over in the bottom of the bottle.

I like the liquid IV brand over other hydration mixes. The white peach is sweet and is kit too salty. The strawberry watermelon is a bit odd and has that artificial watermelon flavor that is a bit off putting but I still will drink it. Good for hydration but don’t drink more than one a day as has been some report of people getting too much vitamin B.

I love the sugar-free Liquid IV. First off, you would never know it's sugarless if it wasn't on the box. It tastes great and has all the boxes checked.

I’m outside a lot in 100 plus degree weather and these always keep me feeling good. Without Liquid IV I get a lot of headaches when out in super hot temperatures. It’s a little expensive at first, but it’s worth it.

This drink additive is the go to when you are feeling thirsty and need hydration. As soon as the mixture hits your tongue, you will know it works quickly. liquid IV is good mixed in your water bottle, and the peach flavor is excellent mixed with juice especially orange. This rehydration is the ultimate.

I was wanting to try another hydration/water flavor so I would drink more water. This has a typical electrolyte flavor to it. So, if that is something that bothers you, now you know. The fruit flavor is pretty good as well. I would recommend the product!

Too sweet with syrupy taste. Stevia sugar substitute never tastes good to me. The sodium is high at 500 for just one serving of 16 oz. Brain fog, drowsy and had muscle cramps, no improvement in energy. Will be returning for refund. The white peach had good reviews, but this is the last time I'll buy this brand.

I got the white peach sugar free because I'm diabetic. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I can't describe the taste, but it is awful. It made me gag.
