This is an excellent electrolyte. it is strong in flavor but just as good with absorption to use that dehydrated craving away. It is worth the price! If using in a small bottle you will get 2 uses out of the single packet! I like the sugar free. I have a swimmer and dancer. They both no longer drink other premade electrolytes! This one works!!

I got very sick a few years ago and I couldn’t eat anything I was in the hospital on nutrients through a tube when I finally came they recommended this for me I’ve tried many flavors but this one is my favorite and a plus it’s sugar free not all of them are and I don’t always but sugar free but I give these to my children as well 1/2 a packet after sports or when they are sick it works awesome we all dehydrate easily and this keeps us all hydrated all the time!!!

I can be feeling run down and drink one of these liquid IVs and it makes a tremendous difference! I suggested for anybody that has immune problems or needs to pick me up because of their body just doesn’t feel good a lot

I love mixing this into my water and taking it with me everywhere. It’s not tart at all. It has a really yummy taste. Many vitamins and minerals keep me hydrated all day. I love this stuff so much and highly recommend it

I use this to make my own gelatin dessert from beef gelatin. It smells wonderful, tastes great. And I feel that homemade gelatin is bound to be healthier than the name brand that rhymes with "yellow". As for its intended purpose, I don't know how well it replenishes electrolytes; I just see it as an added bonus if it does.

I purchase these for my Mother since her Dr. told her that her electrolytes were off . She didn’t like any drinks like Gatorade, or others that claimed to have electrolytes . I found these powder packets and gave them a try , she mixes them easily in her Fiji water , and even a few other beverages . I tried Body Armor but she gave away 5 boxes after trying 1 x . She really liked the grapefruit but it’s hard to find , they may have discontinued it but I hope not . Drip Drop is another I have used , but my Mother is really picky and she loves these ! Won’t even bother with any other kinds now , not even for free she said , lol . So she gives them a BIG 👍🏻 thumbs up !!

This drink mix was not for me but rather my mother who can goes days without a sip of water. (I'm so scared of that!) She said it has a good taste so that she will at least drink water each day and the minerals in the White peach seem to help her The suggested words in this review are Caffeine, lime flavor and berry, but I bought the peach flavor so I cant attest to those words.

I’ve tried different flavors and brands, the peach one tastes the best to me, i like that it’s sugar free but it doesn’t taste like it. This makes drinking water a lot more satisfying. The price is a bit high, 1 packet will last for 3 glasses of water.

I've been using Liquid I.V. for a while and wanted to try the Sugar-Free White Peach flavor. As far as hydration and effectiveness go, this product is fantastic. It genuinely helps me feel replenished and energized, especially after a tough workout or a long day. It dissolves quickly and is a convenient way to get extra electrolytes and vitamins without any sugar. However, I have to agree with some others: the White Peach flavor is very strong and quite intense. It is definitely a luscious and sweet peach, but it can be quite overwhelming if you're not used to highly flavored drinks. For the best experience, I strongly recommend diluting it more than the package suggests. I found that mixing half a packet with a larger amount of water (around 24-32 oz) made the flavor much more enjoyable and less overpowering. Overall: A highly effective, sugar-free hydration product. Just be prepared for a very bold peach flavor and don't be afraid to add extra water to find your perfect balance!

Before I got layed off I worked in a sweat shop. In the summer temperatures inside factory easily top 120 degrees. We only got very short breaks and had to rehydrate quickly. I wanted a product to replenish lost electrolytes due to excessive sweating. Product had to be easy to use and taste reasonably good. I did a lot of research and decided to try this Liquid I.V. White Peach drink mix. Due to health issues I needed sugar free drink mix and I was able to purchase my drink mix from local Walmart. There are a goodly amount of flavors to choose from and if I get recalled to work I will try some of the other flavors. Now, I got to say this product is easy to mix into bottled water and it dissolves easily. It is ready to drink in just a few moments and the taste is very refreshing. It does taste a bit salty but I suppose salt is something a person loses when they sweat. This drink made me feel better after I drank it and it definitely helped me keep going under very tough working conditions. I highly recommend this drink mix even though it is a bit costly. I will give one caution about mixing this drink mix powder with Mt. Dew Zero, don't do it!! Instant foaming volcano and messy clean up. Thank you for reading my review.
