If you are on a GLP1 journey, take it from someone who has lost over 100 pounds, spend a couple of extra dollars and buy liquid IV. GLP1s can dehydrate you. I thought I was drinking tons of water, and I was. But it wasnt enough and I got myself into dehydration trouble. Liquid IV is a game changer. Great value and other hydration mixes dont give you near the electrolytes of this stuff. Turns out Ive been getting plenty of water, but not plenty of salt. Yes, this stuff tastes like peach ocean water, but worth it!

I have tried the regular liquid IV before so I thought I would try these. Both have a salty taste, but the sugar-free ones are like ocean water I couldn’t stand it.

The jury is still out, was recommended by a fellow member who claimed that he stopped getting leg cramps when he used this, I can’t say that I haven’t had a cramps since I did have a couple but I hadn’t been regularly taking it yet

The packs with all white peach were U h better. People have been swapping out the watermelon to make all peach boxes so you have to hope they didn’t do that to your box.

I’ve been really impressed with Liquid I.V Sugar-Free Hydration Multiplier! The White Peach flavor tastes light, refreshing, and not overly sweet. It mixes well, helps me stay hydrated, and I love that it’s sugar-free without having a weird aftertaste. Perfect for busy days, workouts, or just getting extra hydration in!

This drink mix was not for me but rather my mother who can goes days without a sip of water. (I'm so scared of that!) She said it has a good taste so that she will at least drink water each day and the minerals in the White peach seem to help her The suggested words in this review are Caffeine, lime flavor and berry, but I bought the peach flavor so I cant attest to those words.

I purchase these for my Mother since her Dr. told her that her electrolytes were off . She didn’t like any drinks like Gatorade, or others that claimed to have electrolytes . I found these powder packets and gave them a try , she mixes them easily in her Fiji water , and even a few other beverages . I tried Body Armor but she gave away 5 boxes after trying 1 x . She really liked the grapefruit but it’s hard to find , they may have discontinued it but I hope not . Drip Drop is another I have used , but my Mother is really picky and she loves these ! Won’t even bother with any other kinds now , not even for free she said , lol . So she gives them a BIG 👍🏻 thumbs up !!

This tastes good in my peach sparkling water with a little extra stevia added, otherwise it's too salty for me. I do like it and it's refreshing. When I'm under the weather I'm not sure it really helps me physically but it sure does mentally. It's very expensive for my budget but I usually try to divide it in half and add it to my water- that way I stretch it out through the day. In this way I feel like l'm staying hydrated and I probably drink more with it than just plain water. I buy this as needed and recommend it!

This is an excellent electrolyte. it is strong in flavor but just as good with absorption to use that dehydrated craving away. It is worth the price! If using in a small bottle you will get 2 uses out of the single packet! I like the sugar free. I have a swimmer and dancer. They both no longer drink other premade electrolytes! This one works!!

Staying hydrated throughout a busy school day can be a challenge, and I have been looking for ways to drink more water. I decided to try these electrolyte packets because they offer unique flavors that are different from the usual berry options. This white peach flavor really does taste like real peach! I did find the flavor to be a bit strong when I used the whole packet. Since I prefer just a hint of taste in my 30 oz water bottle, I found a great solution. I only use half a packet at a time and fold the top over to save the rest for later. One of the best things about these additives is that you can easily control how much you use to get the perfect taste. I usually add the powder to ice-cold water. You really need to give it a good, long shake to make sure it dissolves all the way. If you don't, the flavor can be very strong at the bottom of the bottle. Once it is mixed in, it stays dissolved and doesn't have that salty or overwhelming aftertaste that some other sports drinks have. It has definitely helped me feel more hydrated and makes it much easier to reach my daily water goals.
