Different texture than grain fed, poor marbling, and had a tendon or stringy fat running through the steak.

These stakes are tasty! They are very tender, have some grizzle and limited fat attached, but overall the quality is exceptionally good!

Okay for the price. Thought I'd give them a try. Nothing special but not too bad either. Probably will stick to the fresh cut packages.

For a treat, this steak is fantastic. It is consistently moist, tender, and delicious. It is great to find portioned, shrink wrapped, grass fed beef. We love it for a special dinner or BBQ.

Grass fed and finished beef make all the difference in tenderness and flavor. Disappointed in Sam's selling imported beef. American is the right thing to do.
