I expected this grass fed beef to be tender and tasty. It was neither. I found it to be a little tasteless and extremely tough. Will not be buying again.

The price for these steaks is good compared to the regular stores but I have noticed that they get tough when I try to sear them because they are a thinner cut of meat than I prefer.

Perfect size and high quality NY strips. Removed and hour ahead of grilling. Dabbed dry and rubbed with oil and salt. Grilled to perfection at medium rare. Deep coloring and aged flavor with nice tenderness for a NY.

Unfortunately, I got a bad batch. I asked for the delivery to ring the doorbell. They didn't, and the meat sat out in the sun. The meat was warm to the touch, with a major color change and had a strong smell.

These are the best reasonably priced grass-fed sirloins I have found. Sized to what I should eat (not what I would like to eat). We ate some the day we bought them and several two weeks later having frozen them. There was no discernible difference.

Happy, wish there were ribeye in these packages.

As people who live in a rural area known for it's beef, my husband and I are both accustomed to having great steaks. I purchased these for a recipe when we were out of this particular cut in our personal stash. We were very impressed with the marbling and quality of the steaks for the price. We would definitely purchase again and consider these as being at par with the local grass fed beef we are accustomed to.

The Thomas Farms Steaks are very delicious. Because the animals are processed humanely (Hala) they are bloody and gamey tasting. I believe these steaks are very tender and much more tastier than “Prime”. Ribeyes. My family loves the beef and lamb from Australia Thomas Farms. I’m really glad that Sam’s now carries these ribeyes, sirloin, New York strip and beef tenderloin. My husband actually said “These are the best steaks I’ve ever tasted!” Excellent Product‼️ Just remember to NOT over cook these steaks.

Purchased these steaks because they had a discount and came only two in the pack. No "deal" on food is worth it when the product is this poor of quality. I will never buy, nor recommend this product to anyone again. If you see it, do not walk away--RUN!
