We loved these steaks. Why go out when we can tenderize these yummy steaks, throw them on the grill, and enjoy a quiet dinner at home in a cleaner environment than we’re finding in most restaurants these days.

These are the best reasonably priced grass-fed sirloins I have found. Sized to what I should eat (not what I would like to eat). We ate some the day we bought them and several two weeks later having frozen them. There was no discernible difference.

It seems that the last few months there is a weird natural gas like taste in the vacuum packed steaks. Even when rinsing before cooking (without gas) the taste is there. It might be something in the packing liquid.

The price for these steaks is good compared to the regular stores but I have noticed that they get tough when I try to sear them because they are a thinner cut of meat than I prefer.

The steaks had too much gristle. According to the packaging, they are imported from Australia. Not sure why Sam's is importing Australian beef to Texas, does not make sense.

One grisly piece of meat. I bought several a month ago and they were great. Repurchased a week ago and a third of the serving was unusable. Grilled below medium rare did not help. Stay away from these.

Very tough. If you want to work on your jaw muscles, get these. On top of that, they weren't that tasty.

These steaks were cooked medium rare and were so tough and were tasteless, I was very disappointed as I bough two packages and ended up throwing them all away.

These were the worse pieces of meat I have ever had. Cooked them like I always do and they were so tough I could barely cut them with a knife let alone chew them. Usually Sam’s meat is the best but not these.

Thomas Farms Grass-Fed Beef I was excited to try Thomas Farms grass-fed beef, expecting a flavorful and tender steak. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. The meat had a strange, off-putting taste that strongly resembled liver. It was incredibly tough, making it difficult to chew, even when cooked slowly. I'm not sure what went wrong, but this steak was a major disappointment. I would advise others to steer clear of this particular product.
