These are the best reasonably priced grass-fed sirloins I have found. Sized to what I should eat (not what I would like to eat). We ate some the day we bought them and several two weeks later having frozen them. There was no discernible difference.

My husband cooked these steaks as he normally does, medium rare, and we were really looking forward to this occasional treat as we don’t often splurge on steak, but it was Mother’s Day and rib-eye is the best in our opinion. These were just okay; not as tender & juicy as we anticipated.

was a little pricey but I bought it because was on sale. Won't do that again. Taste and tenderness were no better thyan choice sirloin.

One grisly piece of meat. I bought several a month ago and they were great. Repurchased a week ago and a third of the serving was unusable. Grilled below medium rare did not help. Stay away from these.

These steaks were cooked medium rare and were so tough and were tasteless, I was very disappointed as I bough two packages and ended up throwing them all away.

Thiis organic steak was grisly and had so much red dye it them you could rub and egg on it and your Easter eggs are painted. It’s crazy to spend this amount of money for healthy organic foods only to consume a massive amount of coloring. It’s unhealthy and it wrong to make us think that dye is good for us. It’s gross and I chew every bite then spit the stuff I can get down into a napkin maybe actually consuming 1/4 of the grisly stuff.

Thomas Farms Grass-Fed Beef I was excited to try Thomas Farms grass-fed beef, expecting a flavorful and tender steak. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. The meat had a strange, off-putting taste that strongly resembled liver. It was incredibly tough, making it difficult to chew, even when cooked slowly. I'm not sure what went wrong, but this steak was a major disappointment. I would advise others to steer clear of this particular product.
