This was disgusting!!!! $20 for 2 steaks and by the time they cooked and I had to cut off all the gristle and fat, there was hardly anything left!!!! I paid for gristle and fat!! Even some of the good parts I cut, I had to spit out!!! COME ON!!!! HOW MUCH MORE GREEDY DO THESE CORPORATIONS HAVE TO BE?!?!? It's not like they can't cut all that off and sell it for hot dogs, oh wait they don't get $20 a pound for that!!!!!! RIDICULOUS AND SHAMEFUL

These stakes are tasty! They are very tender, have some grizzle and limited fat attached, but overall the quality is exceptionally good!

Like that Sam's sells grass fed beef steaks, but sometimes you keep chewing and it just seems to ball up. The prime steaks are better.
