The cuts aren't as good as store cuts. But for the price they were good. I marinaded and then cooked in air fryer.

Very poor quality of beef. Hard to cut through and too much fat and grizzle running through it, So hard to find good meat in past few years.

Grass fed and finished beef make all the difference in tenderness and flavor. Disappointed in Sam's selling imported beef. American is the right thing to do.

Neither my husband or I finished our steak. Its date was nowhere near the expiration date, but it tasted like the solution in the bag had something in it to make it taste sour.

Fatty (a big section of fat is tucked under and hidden under each piece. It's so tough, grizzly. I'm super disappointed that i paid so much for a good steak and it was worse than Round Steak. Don't buy it!

These steaks had a little flavor, an almost grainy texture and a large cord of fat going down the side that you couldn't chew. I've had Australian beef before, and for some reason it has almost a gamey taste to it. I was hoping these would be better, but I'd rather pay more money for American beef.
