We know you mentioned trying everything, but we'd like to know if you can hear the motor. If not, change the batteries to brand new ones, which are all from the same package. Don't use carbon-zinc or rechargeable ones, or a mix of old and new batteries as insufficient power will flow and will result in only one PowerMop nozzle working. We're very sorry to hear about this, Emily. It could be as a result of your floors not being suitable for the liquid. We do not recommend using it on unfinished, oiled, or waxed wooden floors, non-sealed tiles, or carpets. If your floor is brand new, it may have a special coating to protect it during shipping, and this can cause stickiness.
