Won’t purchase again

Used one time. I loved it but now it won’t work. I have tried everything. Waste of money

We're so sorry to learn your Swiffer PowerMop has let you down, Angie, as we only want to make you happy. Our Quality Team works very hard to make sure only the best PowerMops have the privilege of entering your home, so learning it's been so rude is very disheartening. We know you mentioned trying everything, but we'd like to know if you can hear the motor. If not, change the batteries to brand new ones, which are all from the same package. Don't use carbon-zinc or rechargeable ones, or a mix of old and new batteries as insufficient power will flow and will result in only one PowerMop nozzle working. It may seem basic, but do make sure the batteries are all inserted the right way and that the battery door is closed all the way until it clicks. Need more help? It's our pleasure to do what we can. Wish it wasn't sticky after I clean

We do not recommend using it on unfinished, oiled, or waxed wooden floors, non-sealed tiles, or carpets. If your floor is brand new, it may have a special coating to protect it during shipping, and this can cause stickiness.
