I had an issue with a few power mops, but the company is amazing. I emailed to ask a question as to why it dies so easy, even with new batteries. The company was quick to reply and offered to send a replacement.

Product would work just as well if not better if the pads were premoistened, just like the regular old Swiffer pads. The "power mop" feature is a lame gimmick.

Terrible design. Handle button never worked correctly causing handle to come apart. Completely came off today. Wish I would have kept receipt to get refund.

While the system is useful and can clean floors easily, it is only useable with the battery pack that is not attached and after one use fell off and got lost. It a great design for longevity.

A bad product. I lost the battery compartment in a moving and now the mop is useless, and no wher I can find that part. It is bad for our planet. DONT BUY IT

This does not clean any better than the wet swiffer and is far more expensive when you have to purchase more pads and solution. This is not cost effective at all. I do not recommend. Also, it is pretty heavy.

I needed a new mop and saw this one advertised, so I thought I would try it. It worked great until I went to add a new pad. The pad would not stick like it was supposed to. I still can't get it to stick and I've been trying for 2 weeks.

Love using it for a quick clean up. But still use my mop with disinfectant cleaning solution. Maybe you can come out with a disinfected solution, especially for the bathroom

I love the mop it works great the pads are a little expensive but for me it is worth as i use it with my walker anf i do not have to rinse a mop i have been using over a yesr and no problems

I was expecting it to have a longer handle or extension parts to add if wanted. This is hard for people with back problems. Size is great for my little helper.
