Love the way it cleans and love the fresh smell it leaves. My one complaint is that the handle comes apart every time I mop at least once. It's locked in a clicks but still pulls apart. Also a bit longer handle would be helpful to taller people.

The solution bottle will not stay in the slot. Every time I want to spray it, I have to push the bottle down and press the button on the handle at the same time. Sometimes the bottle actually falls out onto the floor.

I love this product! It's easy to use, especially when you need to quickly clean up a spill on the floor. I also like the swivel head feature that let's me mop tight against the wall and the floor

Love using it for a quick clean up. But still use my mop with disinfectant cleaning solution. Maybe you can come out with a disinfected solution, especially for the bathroom

Very disappointed with the product. One bottle does not go too far. Will have to buy refill after using twice. I also have to press down hard on the floor to remove scuff marks. Would not recommend

it doesn't do any better than the original swifter. The strips are all paper and mashes down doesn't get into the grout line on tile. I guess it is okay for flush floors.

While the system is useful and can clean floors easily, it is only useable with the battery pack that is not attached and after one use fell off and got lost. It a great design for longevity.

I love this mop, it's perfect for my kitchen area and my hallway! I'm having an issue now though, I have to replace the battery but there is no battery pack or I'm just not seeing where the battery is!!!!!! Can someone help me out with this

I had an issue with a few power mops, but the company is amazing. I emailed to ask a question as to why it dies so easy, even with new batteries. The company was quick to reply and offered to send a replacement.

I received my power mop kit but it was missing the two swiffer pads and the batteries. I was so excited to use my new mop but now have to go out and buy the supplies to use it.
