Not worth all the money. Pads need to be redesign

Pads WILL NOT stick to the bottom of the mop! This is the biggest waste of money. Now I will return. Never again

Missing piece. Cannot use the mop.

Product was missing the purple battery holder when we received it. We were not able to ever use the product.

Need floor to look shinny

Would you please make a solution that leave the floor shinny like mop and glo your solution leaves my floor looking dull thank you

Power, the cloths amazing, scent is fabulous!

My expectations hve more than been met

So easy and does a great job. My entire place is LVP flooring and I use the power mop constantly. No fuss- no bucket- no going to the sink .

BRAND NEW & DEFECTIVE

Used it twice and it doesn't power on now. I got a defective one and I threw away my receipt so I doubt that Swiffer will replace it.

If you haven't already, we recommend replacing the batteries with fresh ones that all come from the same pack. As well, check to see that the solution bottle is fully inserted, and try gently brushing the nozzles to help loosen any clogs that may have formed. We hope that these tips do the trick. works great till it don't

loved it then the handle comes apart and won't stay together which stops the flow of solution, very upsetting especially for the price you pay

Mop not working

The mop stops working constantly and I have to bang it on the floor to get it to spray. Then, the next time I use it I have to bang it again.

Wish they made an unscented cleaning solution

Great mop, wish they made an unscented cleaner. The two that are offered are too strong of a scent for the hubby.
