We're so sorry to learn your Swiffer PowerMop has let you down, Angie, as we only want to make you happy. Our Quality Team works very hard to make sure only the best PowerMops have the privilege of entering your home, so learning it's been so rude is very disheartening. We know you mentioned trying everything, but we'd like to know if you can hear the motor. If not, change the batteries to brand new ones, which are all from the same package. Don't use carbon-zinc or rechargeable ones, or a mix of old and new batteries as insufficient power will flow and will result in only one PowerMop nozzle working.
