I've only had this Swiffer mop for a few months. The solution bottle wouldn't stay down and kept popping up and then the motor stopped working. I tried all the troubleshooting methods and none worked. I'm so frustrated and disappointed. I don't even think it deserves 1 star.

There are things I do like about this new mop. But I'm really hoping the old one stays around. I'm going to return the new one. It's too big. Doesn't get into the small spaces like the original. But because it's bigger it covers more space. But I prefer to get into those smaller spaces. I like the extra grip on it. But as a whole… the original is so much better. Not to mention the cleaning spray is sooo bad!!! It smells nothing like the original lavender scent. It smells like really really bad cheap perfume. I mopped 2 days ago and it still stinks. And is giving me really bad headaches. I'm not normally that sensitive to smell. But it's so bad. This mop gets a “no thank you. I'll stick with the original mop”

After having the wood power mop I was excited to upgrade my wetjet to a power mop for the rest of my house. Well upgrade would be the wrong word..this thing is a bit strange. After attempting to stick 5 different power mop cloths to it none will stick. It appears the Velcro on the mop head is defective or won't work or something. Kind of a bummer, not sure where to go to return this defective product. But be weary before you purchase one yourself. I guess I'll press down really hard so the pad won't come up every time I move the thing.

I was very excited to get the Power Mop, since I use other Swiffer product. But this is feel like it could have been made taller. I am 5'2 and the power mop is too short for me, putting me in an awkward position causing my back to ache. I wish there were an option to extend the handle a few inches.

Great system. Love that the mop is larger can covers more surface, also love that the solution containers are larger.. what I don't like are the new mopping pads!!! They're not as good as the old ones, they seem to push the dirt around more and only locking in a little dirt. That makes it disappointing

When I got this I was so excited. New out of the box it worked perfectly for what I needed. I ran out of cleaning strips so it sat for a month. It now does not spray at all. I have replaced the batteries twice from different packages. It is worthless now. This is the same reason I had to replace my wetjet with this one. Save your money.

I have had a couple of these and I live them but….. where I have a problem is the handle does not stay clicked in. Even having the rubber covering the little tab that is supposed to hold it in place does not stay locked. I am constantly having to shift the pole to try to get them to stay locked. I'm not sure how to remedy this, but you need to make the little pins longer so that things quit popping out. The little piece of rubber to cover it does not help.
