Doesn't work after 3 months

I bought it about 3 months ago and now where the liquid comes out it doesn't work

What you've described isn't something we'd expect, especially since our products go through so much quality testing to ensure perfect condition and function. That being said, we're here to help and have a couple tips to share. If you cannot hear the motor of the device when using it, make sure that it has new batteries and that they're inserted the correct way. If you can hear the motor but it still isn't spraying, the nozzles could be clogged. Brushing them gently might help them to start spraying. If I can't get the refills pads what's the point?
