It needs improvement! I had really high hopes for the power mop but the pads don't stick! It's very frustrating. I find that I'm always having to stop to make sure the swiffer pad is still on securely. I don't think I will buy this product again unless they make improvements. Please do better swiffer!

I was very excited to get the Power Mop, since I use other Swiffer product. But this is feel like it could have been made taller. I am 5'2 and the power mop is too short for me, putting me in an awkward position causing my back to ache. I wish there were an option to extend the handle a few inches.

Works better than the regular swifter, however the scents for the cleaning solution are awful. Our eyes were watering after using it the first time. Why does every thing have to be scented or at least so heavily scented. Very disappointed that I probably won't be able to use it again.

Love the scent and the cleaner works great but the disposable pads won't stay on, frustrating. Poor design on the bottom of the mop itself looks like some sticky rectangles that you attach the disposable pad to. The pad has two pull off stops and that adhesive is very poor.

We can mop with none of the mess of regular mopping and it help saves are wooden floors. Plus the scent is very good smell. I would recommend this for anyone with floor that can't get too wet.

Great system. Love that the mop is larger can covers more surface, also love that the solution containers are larger.. what I don't like are the new mopping pads!!! They're not as good as the old ones, they seem to push the dirt around more and only locking in a little dirt. That makes it disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this new swiffer power mop! I had the original one for quite a while but I find this one to be so much better. I love the extra wide head it gives me so much mire cleaning area. The solution makes my house smell fresh for so long after I'm done cleaning. The new scrubbing pads are so great to get the deep down dirt out of the floors and they are so absorbent.

I am so disappointed. I really thought "power" mop meant it had some power and would go back and forth. Not only does it just squirt some cleaner, it is soooo heavy and pushing it is giving me a backache. No wonder they show a man in some of the ads! It doesn't even do a good job getting things off the kitchen floor; the regular swiffer does it better. DOn't waste your money.

I was so excited to use the Swifter Power mop on our new Luxury Vinyl floors. For the first 5 months it worked great. Then the next time I went to use it, it wouldn't spray. I trouble shooted the problem - I replaced the batteries, bought a new replacement liquid floor cleaner and made sure it was inserted properly, made sure the power button depressed freely, and made sure the sprayer nozzles were free of debris. I went onto the Swifter website and found I needed the UPC code from the box, and the receipt to get the money back guarantee, which of course I threw away after a few months. But more importantly it had to be mailed in within 30 days so I am unable to get my money back or a replacement. So disappointed in this product. So be aware of this unreliable product.

The larger cleaning surface is great. I am disappointed that the mop part has to be replaced each time. Not environmentally friendly. I thought that the mop part could be laundered and reused. I have a Libman mop that I can launder. Please come out with this for the Power Mop.
