While this power mop is nice and I love the scent, I don't like having to play with the mop pads to make the strips fluff up so they actually help and do the job they claim to do. Also the replacement pads are wayyyy too expensive! As is the liquid refills. Shame on you Procter & Gamble for such price gouging! And why can't you make this scent available in the regular swiffer?

I loved my trusty swiffer sweeper that lasted about 6 years before it finally died so I was excited for this new seemingly upgraded version. The bottle will NOT stay locked in. It keeps popping up and out of the device and I have to hold it down to get any spray out. I am no weak lady- I am certain I am pushing hard enough, especially given watching videos of other people clicking it in with a few fingers. I think mine is defective. Hopefully I can return it.

Works better than the regular swifter, however the scents for the cleaning solution are awful. Our eyes were watering after using it the first time. Why does every thing have to be scented or at least so heavily scented. Very disappointed that I probably won't be able to use it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this power mop by Swiffer. I love the lavender scented solution. It isnt overpowering but nice and light. It cleaned my floors perfectly and without alot of effort. Light and easy to use. I love it!

It needs improvement! I had really high hopes for the power mop but the pads don't stick! It's very frustrating. I find that I'm always having to stop to make sure the swiffer pad is still on securely. I don't think I will buy this product again unless they make improvements. Please do better swiffer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Swiffer Power Mop starter kit. Swiffer is a brand that I trust, so I was excited to try the power mop. The multi-surface mop pads and cleaning solution make it easy and convenient to use on my hardwood floors and quickly transition to using on my tile floors. So easy that my two sons are able to mop as part of their chores. Couldn't be happier.

I've had the Power Mop for a month, and after a handful of uses it stopped spraying. I replaced the batteries and cleaning solution and still nothing is spraying. I looked online for a solution and most of the solutions I already tried, with the exception of taking it apart.

I've had.my power mop for over 3 months now and overall I'm very happy with it. The pads and cleaning solutions could be less expensive but in today's economy what can you expect I find that the power map makes mopping the floors much easier and does a terrific job. The only problem I've had is that my grandson took the battery holder/compartment off the map and has lost it and I've been unable to find anywhere to get a replacement

Not giving it 5 stars because it's to short..you would think the arm would extend for taller people but it doesn't and I'm only 5'8 also it keeps clicking out of place (the handle) because of the wires inside of the handle...very poor design I do not reccomend people wasting their money on this

If I had reviewed this Swiffer PowerMop the day I got it, 5 stars all the way, but I've had mine for about a month now and the cleaning solution needed a replacement so I went and bought the pricey container (It's pretty lame that it's not refillable too). I replaced the old one and it will not spray! I've replaced the batteries, taken the container off and put it back on, checked for a clog... I don't know what it happening. I seriously loved this thing and I am so sad it is already done for. It's not exactly the cheapest Swiffer floor cleaner available, you know. I thought it was better than the Swiffer Wet Jet and I love the weight and feel of the PowerMop. It's excellent for really getting my tile floor clean. Now that it's broken I'll have to go back to the WetJet, which is okay, but I feel like I wasted a nice little chunk of money. Bummer.
