Quit working after a short time

Power mop quit after few uses. New batteries still nothing. Wish I had stayed with the Wet Jet. Replacements pads are too expensive as well.

Our products are designed with the utmost care and undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure they reach you in perfect working condition. We're here to help you troubleshoot the issue. Here are a few suggestions we'd like you to try:   * Double-check to make sure all the pieces of the pole have snapped together properly during assembly * If your Swiffer PowerMop is brand new, it may need priming. Hold the button on the handle for several seconds until spray comes out of the nozzles.  * Check the solution bottle to make sure it's clicked into place and is not empty. If it's empty, replace it. Ensure the arrow printed on the bottle label is against the pole or that the narrow side of the bottle is against the pole. * Make sure the batteries are all inserted in the right direction. * Please make sure the battery door is closed all the way until it clicks. * The nozzles could be clogged. Brushing them gently may help them to start spraying.   So we can help you get back to Swiffering away, please call us at (800) 742-9220 Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.

Not happy at all

The fluid used to clean the floor, no matter how clean or how dirty, ALWAYS leaves a sticky floor behind.

Our PowerMop and PowerMop solutions have been thoroughly tested to ensure they'll help you get sparkling-clean floors, and we haven't made any recent updates to our formulas, so we've got a few tips to help. Streaking and cloudiness can happen for a few reasons, such as your floor being brand new and having a special coating on it to protect it during shipping, if other cleaning products have been used on the floor recently, or if the PowerMop solution isn't suitable for the type of floor that you have (unfinished, oiled, or waxed wooden floors, non-sealed tiles, or carpets). We recommend that you sweep or vacuum the floor before using your PowerMop and that you leave the solution on the floor for 10-15 seconds for mopping for best results. Our team would like to learn more about your experience so that we can see what might be going on and so that we can try to help you further. Missing piece. Cannot use the mop.

Product was missing the purple battery holder when we received it. We were not able to ever use the product.

High hopes, but sadly disappointed!

Never used Swiffer before, but today I purchased this product and had really high hopes, after assembly only one side of the spray nozzle worked.

This product is a disappointment to me.

This product worked for a couple times, now it won’t work at all. I did all I had read to do but nothing works. I don’t recommend it.

If you haven't already, we suggest replacing the batteries with fresh ones that all come from the same pack. As well, check to see that the solution bottle is fully inserted, and try gently brushing the nozzles to help loosen any clogs that may have formed. Usually love all of the swiffer products.

Loved this mop at first . Had it for a while . But it stopped working. Now the cleaning solution bottle won’t snap into place. Useless now.

No thanks, if the handle won't even click in :(

Handle does not snap in to the base. There has to be a production issue here.
