cleaned great till it clogged

i cannot get the jets to spray after approximately one month of use. have tried all manner of ways to unclog, but nothing works.

Also ensure the battery door is closed all the way until it clicks and that the PowerMop solution isn't empty. Not happy at all

The fluid used to clean the floor, no matter how clean or how dirty, ALWAYS leaves a sticky floor behind.

We'd never want to leave you with a sticky floor, so we're very sorry to hear that you've had this experience. Our PowerMop and PowerMop solutions have been thoroughly tested to ensure they'll help you get sparkling-clean floors, and we haven't made any recent updates to our formulas, so we've got a few tips to help. Streaking and cloudiness can happen for a few reasons, such as your floor being brand new and having a special coating on it to protect it during shipping, if other cleaning products have been used on the floor recently, or if the PowerMop solution isn't suitable for the type of floor that you have (unfinished, oiled, or waxed wooden floors, non-sealed tiles, or carpets). We recommend that you sweep or vacuum the floor before using your PowerMop and that you leave the solution on the floor for 10-15 seconds for mopping for best results. Our team would like to learn more about your experience so that we can see what might be going on and so that we can try to help you further. NOT a good product

I just purchased it. The mop handles won't even go together. There is too much wire between the two pieces.

Garbage

The mop attachment doesn't even stick to the device and when you're able to push the mop on the floor with pressure the paper blocks the nozzles.

Our Quality Team assures us that all PowerMops and PowerMop Cleaning Pads meet our high standards, so we always expect you'll be happy with your purchase. It might help to know that only Swiffer brand PowerMop pads will fit properly on the PowerMop device, so make sure you're using the accurate refills. Also, be sure that the printed side is facing the mop head and the white and purple strips are facing the floor. Usually love all of the swiffer products.

Loved this mop at first . Had it for a while . But it stopped working. Now the cleaning solution bottle won’t snap into place. Useless now.

This product is a disappointment to me.

This product worked for a couple times, now it won’t work at all. I did all I had read to do but nothing works. I don’t recommend it.

If you haven't already, we suggest replacing the batteries with fresh ones that all come from the same pack. Best Swifter yet, and they are all great1

This is the best Swifter yet. I have osteoarthritis and it is so light and easy to use. It cleans even better than the an electric mop that I have.

awful construction.

much worse than the Swiffer wet. i regret upgrading. the bars locking mechanisms are terrible. the grip slides all over the place.
