Piece of crap

The pads do not stay on. Once you start to mop they fall off, what a waste of money. Going into the garbage. DON'T PURCHASE, SAVE YOUR MONEY.

To make sure your PowerMop pads stick to the mop head, we recommend checking that the printed side is facing the mop head and the white and purple strips are facing the floor. Thank you for all the Swiffer products in one pack

I have used the original Swiffer for more years than I recall. This Brand new Swiffer with all the product items is my request for my birthday gift.

Would not recommend .

I thought this was what would last more than 6-7 months but leaked on the pump motor and is unusable.

Bad product stop sprayung

My mop quit after 10 usage bottle is still over have full my house is only 1650 footage why did it stop I still have two new bottles and pads?

Our products are designed with the utmost care and undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure they reach you in perfect working condition. We're here to help you troubleshoot the issue. Here are a few suggestions we'd like you to try: * Double-check to make sure all the pieces of the pole have snapped together properly during assembly * Check the solution bottle to make sure it's clicked into place and is not empty. If it's empty, replace it. Ensure the arrow printed on the bottle label is against the pole or that the narrow side of the bottle is against the pole. * Replace the batteries by inserting fresh AA alkaline batteries in the battery compartment. Please make sure the batteries are brand new and that they all come from the same package. Do not use a mix of old & new batteries, as insufficient power will result in only one nozzle working. * The nozzles could be clogged. Brushing them gently may help them to start spraying. So we can help you get back to Swiffering away, please call us at (800) 742-9220 Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.

This product is a disappointment to me.

This product worked for a couple times, now it won’t work at all. I did all I had read to do but nothing works. I don’t recommend it.

If you haven't already, we suggest replacing the batteries with fresh ones that all come from the same pack. As well, check to see that the solution bottle is fully inserted, and try gently brushing the nozzles to help loosen any clogs that may have formed. cleaned great till it clogged

i cannot get the jets to spray after approximately one month of use. have tried all manner of ways to unclog, but nothing works.

Also ensure the battery door is closed all the way until it clicks and that the PowerMop solution isn't empty. works great till it don’t

loved it then the handle comes apart and won’t stay together which stops the flow of solution, very upsetting especially for the price you pay

Does not spray.

Bought this product a month ago. Was great when we first started using it. After about a month of use it will not spray anymore.

If you cannot hear the motor of the device when using it, make sure that it has new batteries and that they're inserted the correct way. If you can hear the motor but it still isn't spraying, the nozzles could be clogged. Brushing them gently might help them to start spraying. Just like another's review. The mop works about as well as the previous version I own. The worse is that the bottle keeps falling out!
