This product was not built to last

This product worked well but only for a short time. We used it approximately 10 and the motor quit working. Changed battery and light was working but would not spray

We're sorry your Swiffer PowerMop stopped working. Our products undergo many quality checks to ensure they get to you with the best results, so we don't expect these things to happen. We have a few suggestions we'd like you to try: * If the PowerMop has stopped dispensing or is not dispensing properly from both nozzles, fresh AA alkaline batteries may be needed (as noted in the instructions manual). * Make sure they are brand new and that they come from the same pack. * Do not use carbon zinc, rechargeable, or use a mix of old with new batteries as otherwise insufficient power will flow and will result in only one nozzle working. * All pieces were snapped together completely during assembly * The nozzles are not clogged. Brushing them gently might help them to start spraying So we can help you get back to Swiffering away, please call us at (800) 742-9220 Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.

Should find a way to make them in America

Really? The bottle is refusing to click into place. I just can't! Life is to hard to have such a disappointing product. I rarely leave reviews, but I'm genuinely heartbroken that this easy to assemble mop can't pull off the win.

Thanks for reaching out to Swiffer and sharing your experience with your recently purchased PowerMop. We’re sorry to learn you’re having problems with the bottle of Cleaning Solution. Please know, our Quality Team shares that everything with your PowerMop should work as expected, so we do apologize for this. Be sure that you’ve removed the piece of corrugated cardboard that's positioned under the Cleaning Solution bottle when you first get your machine. By removing it, your bottle should nicely fit into the machine. While you’re looking to see if that cardboard’s gone, check the silicone cap on the bottle. If you see that it’s bulging, unscrew/rotate the purple cap counterclockwise by 180 degrees or half a rotation. After doing that, tilt the bottle on its side for 2-3 seconds to check for liquid leakage. If you don’t see a leak, reinsert the bottle. If you do see a leak, move the bottle upright, screw back on 180 degrees or rotate clockwise to reclose. Retry the insertion into the device. Give us an update if this helped. Clean dirt, free shine.

I Have wood floors I’d like it to be clean a little, scratch scratch for some of that stuff that’s on the floor sometimes grand babies and I also would like to shine.

Don't waste your money

Every time I buy a refill bottle, it does not snap onto the cleaner. I am on my third Power Mop. The bottle snap mechanisms are cheap and shoddy. Additionally, the pads are outrageously expensive. Don't waste your time or money.

So so

This mop is bigger which is great. But the button that holds the stick together continues to come undone . The stick is as weak as the other wet swifter. Disappointed it’s not stronger

Worked great, until it stopped working

Love the product, only lasted me about 6 uses before it stopped working. Replaced batteries and bottle, still won’t spray.

Just like another's review. The mop works about as well as the previous version I own. The worse is that the bottle keeps falling out!

this product does not work as designed

the pad does not align with the velcro strip on the mop - there is no velcro sticking and the pad falls of every time

I would like for it not to leak

My cleaner is leaking out when it is not in use.,it is a little pricey.. and the refills are hard to find right now.
