We have a few suggestions we'd like you to try: * If the PowerMop has stopped dispensing or is not dispensing properly from both nozzles, fresh AA alkaline batteries may be needed (as noted in the instructions manual). * Make sure they are brand new and that they come from the same pack. * Do not use carbon zinc, rechargeable, or use a mix of old with new batteries as otherwise insufficient power will flow and will result in only one nozzle working. * All pieces were snapped together completely during assembly * The nozzles are not clogged. Please know, our Quality Team shares that everything with your PowerMop should work as expected, so we do apologize for this. Be sure that you’ve removed the piece of corrugated cardboard that's positioned under the Cleaning Solution bottle when you first get your machine. By removing it, your bottle should nicely fit into the machine. While you’re looking to see if that cardboard’s gone, check the silicone cap on the bottle. If you see that it’s bulging, unscrew/rotate the purple cap counterclockwise by 180 degrees or half a rotation. After doing that, tilt the bottle on its side for 2-3 seconds to check for liquid leakage. If you don’t see a leak, reinsert the bottle. If you do see a leak, move the bottle upright, screw back on 180 degrees or rotate clockwise to reclose. Retry the insertion into the device. Give us an update if this helped.
