We suggest checking the silicone cap of the bottle. If the cap is bulging, follow these troubleshooting steps: -unscrew/rotate the cap counterclockwise by 180 degrees or half a rotation. -tilt the bottle on its side for 2-3 seconds to check for liquid leakage. -If no leakage, insert the bottle into the device. -If there is leakage, move the bottle upright, screw back on 180 degrees or rotate clockwise to reclose.
