Third failure

Third failure-I had two regular Swiffer mops that just stopped working so tried the Power Mop hoping to have better luck. This one stopped working after about 6-8 months for no reason (and yes, I changed the batteries).

Help!

I really liked this mop BUTit stopped spraying about 3/4 of the way through the very first bottle. I replaced the batteries but it still does not spray. My previous model is still working after 3 years. Help!

Works as expected

Dogs + 2 kids and it mops as well as a string mop but 10 times faster. Only problem is kids want to use it and will try to spray the whole bottle out.

Lasted 5 months!! No longer works!!’

Stopped working after 5 months!! So disappointed! Feel as though I wasted my money on buying it. Worked well and made cleaning floors easy until it no longer worked!!

Your Swiffer PowerMop was carefully crafted and went through extensive product checks, making sure that you'll enjoy the best, easiest clean when getting sparkling floors. We're sorry to learn it stopped working on you, but are confident we can help get things turned around. Our first tip is to change the batteries. As indicated in the directions, fresh AA alkaline batteries need to be used in the battery compartment. They should be brand new and from the same package. Don’t use a mix of old and new batteries as insufficient power will flow and will result in only one PowerMop nozzle working. Finally, it’s essential that the battery compartment clicks into place when putting it back in place. Cannot be used, repeatedly falls apart.

This mop constantly falls apart when I'm using it. I can't get more than 2 swipes before it disconnects at the connect point. Extremely inconvenient, I can't use this product effectively. Not worth the money.

Waste of mover

I have bought 2 of these and both have messed up. The bottle won't latch in the mop. This mop cleans really well but the mop design sucks. Won't buy another. Waste of money.

Disappointed

Very disappointed with the product. One bottle does not go too far. Will have to buy refill after using twice. I also have to press down hard on the floor to remove scuff marks. Would not recommend

The mop doesn’t work

Had three and the first 2 broke after a few time I used it. Third one never worked from the beginning. The solution left my tile floors sticky. Do not recommend it.

We're sorry to hear this, and want to assure you that we have many quality checks to ensure you get the best. If the PowerMop has never dispensed, it may need priming. Hold the button on the handle for several seconds until spray comes out of the nozzle; you may need to squeeze the solution bottle gently while pressing the spraying button. We also recommend to try fresh batteries as well as making sure the battery door is closed all the way until it clicks. As for your floor being sticky, if you have used another cleaner on the floor recently, or the floor is new, that may cause this. Going over your floor a few times should fix it. Sprayer doesn’t spray

I used this mop 7 times (used it 1 whole week) and the sprayer quit working. So I am now stuck with expensive disposable mop heads, and solution, and a mop that doesn’t function.

Our products are designed with the utmost care and undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure they reach you in perfect working condition. We're here to help you troubleshoot the issue. Here are a few suggestions we'd like you to try: * Double-check to make sure all the pieces of the pole have snapped together properly during assembly * Check the solution bottle to make sure it's clicked into place and is not empty. If it's empty, replace it. Ensure the arrow printed on the bottle label is against the pole or that the narrow side of the bottle is against the pole. * Replace the batteries by inserting fresh AA alkaline batteries in the battery compartment. * Please make sure the battery door is closed all the way until it clicks. * The nozzles could be clogged. UPDATE ON MY PREVIOUS POST

Update on my previous review. I tried another bottle of cleaner. The bottle clicked in and stayed. I feel some of the bottles of cleaners can be defective and not the mop. So I go back to, quality control is poor.
