UPDATE ON MY PREVIOUS POST

Update on my previous review. I tried another bottle of cleaner. The bottle clicked in and stayed. I feel some of the bottles of cleaners can be defective and not the mop. So I go back to, quality control is poor.

Whoopie

I would never have bought this item if I knew that the refills were that expensive! It's literally 2x the price of the normal wetjet. It's a ridiculous price for something that doesn't even get my white wood floors that clean

Don't buy or waste your money on this item.

This product is terrible. I bought one, returned it, bought another and same result. Cleaning solution dribbles out, not even past pad. ITS A TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND NOTCWIRTH THE MONEY!!

When your Swiffer PowerMop has fully-charged batteries in it, and you press the trigger for 2-3 seconds, your spray should land about 10 inches in front of the mopping head. It's possible your batteries need to be replaced or aren't fully inserted into the battery cartridge correctly. We ask you to switch them out with fresh, brand new, one-time-use AA batteries. Give the trigger another push, and call us to tell us if it makes a difference with the spray. We're here Mondays through Fridays, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. Call 1 (800) 374-9429 soon.

This product is great just one issue.

Love the way it cleans and love the fresh smell it leaves. My one complaint is that the handle comes apart every time I mop at least once. It’s locked in a clicks but still pulls apart. Also a bit longer handle would be helpful to taller people.

The handle doesn’t stay connected with the mop

My mop broke two months after I bought it. The handle doesn’t stay connected where it clips together. Every time I use it, it comes apart. Very frustrating and annoying

If you aren't doing so already, you need to twist the poles together until they lock into place. You may have to push hard to connect the poles. I don’t mind washing floors now

Love this new way of cleaning works excellent. The only issue I have is trying to find the refills and pads been to a couple places it’s a bit frustrating hope I find some. Why would they sell the kit and not the refills

I have 2 boxes & bottles of solution left.

Second swiffer & just like the first one it quit spraying. It is not clogged & batteries are new. Worked great the first few times using it then it stops spraying.

It is exactly what I need!

The swiffer PowerMop is Wonderful! Your swiffer wet jet was great. But, I have graduated, as they say to the PowerMop. I am not looking back. Thanks for making such a great product. Keep up the good work! :-)

It stopped working after 3 months 😢

I am so disappointed. I love this mop till it stops working. The sprayer doesn’t work. I even replaced the battery. I don’t know what else to do. I tried everything. The muffin is only three months old.!
