Not worth the hype

I was expecting much more with the "PowerMop" name. Batteries just for squirting?! The mop heads don't pick up as much as expected, even with strong and repeating swipes. However, It was easy to assemble and I like the flexible head.

SO SO

Not very pleased with this product. The mop head wasn't even very wet when I finished 2 bathrooms and kitchen floor (spray is working fine). Didn't clean mud spots. Not a great product.

It is exactly what I need!

The swiffer PowerMop is Wonderful! Your swiffer wet jet was great. But, I have graduated, as they say to the PowerMop. I am not looking back. Thanks for making such a great product. Keep up the good work! :-)

Kit didn’t come with all it said it would.

I received my power mop kit but it was missing the two swiffer pads and the batteries. I was so excited to use my new mop but now have to go out and buy the supplies to use it.

DON WASTE YOU MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT

Used a full bottle of the wood floor cleaner with no issues. I tried to insert the 2nd bottle of wood cleaner, the bottle won't click into place! DON'T WASTE YOU MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!

We suggest checking the silicone cap of the bottle. If the cap is bulging, follow these troubleshooting steps: -unscrew/rotate the cap counterclockwise by 180 degrees or half a rotation. -tilt the bottle on its side for 2-3 seconds to check for liquid leakage. -If no leakage, insert the bottle into the device. -If there is leakage, move the bottle upright, screw back on 180 degrees or rotate clockwise to reclose. Don't buy or waste your money on this item.

This product is terrible. I bought one, returned it, bought another and same result. Cleaning solution dribbles out, not even past pad. ITS A TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND NOTCWIRTH THE MONEY!!

When your Swiffer PowerMop has fully-charged batteries in it, and you press the trigger for 2-3 seconds, your spray should land about 10 inches in front of the mopping head. It's possible your batteries need to be replaced or aren't fully inserted into the battery cartridge correctly. We ask you to switch them out with fresh, brand new, one-time-use AA batteries. Give the trigger another push, and call us to tell us if it makes a difference with the spray. We're here Mondays through Fridays, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. Call 1 (800) 374-9429 soon.

Not working

It worked good with the original bottle of cleaner. However, after purchasing a new bottle of cleaner, it quit working. I have changed the batteries and cleaned the spray nozzles.

Company stands by it's products

I had an issue with a few power mops, but the company is amazing. I emailed to ask a question as to why it dies so easy, even with new batteries. The company was quick to reply and offered to send a replacement.

Missing battery piece

No battery compartment came in my box and it’s ridiculous that i can’t even order one online! I see in other reviews that other people are missing them as well. I can’t use should’ve saved my money and bought a regular mop. :/

Stopped working

Love the product while it worked. In two months it just stopped we changed the batteries and see if they was any clogs but nothing it doesn’t even make the noise when you press the button to spray it.
