Please know, our Quality Team shares that everything with your PowerMop should work as expected, so we do apologize for this. Be sure that you’ve removed the piece of corrugated cardboard that's positioned under the Cleaning Solution bottle when you first get your machine. By removing it, your bottle should nicely fit into the machine. While you’re looking to see if that cardboard’s gone, check the silicone cap on the bottle. If you see that it’s bulging, unscrew/rotate the purple cap counterclockwise by 180 degrees or half a rotation. After doing that, tilt the bottle on its side for 2-3 seconds to check for liquid leakage. If you don’t see a leak, reinsert the bottle. If you do see a leak, move the bottle upright, screw back on 180 degrees or rotate clockwise to reclose. Retry the insertion into the device. Give us an update if this helped. Because our Quality Team works so hard, making sure all PowerMops will work as expected, we're confident we can help fix this issue to your satisfaction. We suggest you start with replacing your AA batteries, which are currently inside the battery compartment. When changing the batteries, make sure you replace them with fresh AA alkaline batteries which are inserted correctly. Don't mix old & new batteries or use rechargeable ones, as insufficient power will cause impaired performance issues. Also, be sure that the battery compartment is inserted correctly.
