The swiffer PowerMop is Wonderful! Your swiffer wet jet was great. But, I have graduated, as they say to the PowerMop. I am not looking back. Thanks for making such a great product. Keep up the good work! :-)

I bought the Power Mop because I love the Mop pad, it worked great the 2 times I used it. When the 3rd time I wanted to use it, it would not spray the cleaner at all. My husband and I tried everything: replaced the liquid (extra money spent), replaced the pad (extra money spent), took it apart and back together to make sure something wasn't fitting correctly, put new batteries in it (money spent), and looked on the Swiffer site for troubleshooting suggestions; we tried everything and it still does not work. I have been tempted to buy a new one because I did like it when it worked, but I don't want to put more money into it if the same things happen again.

does anyone know what the batteries are for??? No explanation on the literature, nor in comments section other than the batteries spray the liquid?, or the batteries have a light? (What light?), the batteries make a vibration in the mop handle? Yes very heavy to use and not liking the non refillable detergent bottle.

The cleaning solution with power mop is decent. The power mop itself is junk. Will not stay together during use due to improper design of handle. Have to duct tape it. The sprayer is decent. Altogether it's not where near worth the money. Way to flimsy.

I purchased the power mop about 8 months ago and was pleased with the performance. I changed the batteries a couple of times and continued working fine. However it totally quit and changing the batteries, cleansing jets, putting in a new bottle solution and still didn't work. I think less than a year is not a good sign.

I've had the Power Mop for a month, and after a handful of uses it stopped spraying. I replaced the batteries and cleaning solution and still nothing is spraying. I looked online for a solution and most of the solutions I already tried, with the exception of taking it apart.

Works better than the regular swifter, however the scents for the cleaning solution are awful. Our eyes were watering after using it the first time. Why does every thing have to be scented or at least so heavily scented. Very disappointed that I probably won't be able to use it again.

Not giving it 5 stars because it's to short..you would think the arm would extend for taller people but it doesn't and I'm only 5'8 also it keeps clicking out of place (the handle) because of the wires inside of the handle...very poor design I do not reccomend people wasting their money on this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my Swiffer powermop to clean all the hard floors in my house and love that they offer a variety of cleaning solutions in different scents. The lavender has a beautiful and relaxing scent and it cleans my floors so well.

It definitely gives off a moderate lavender scent that isn’t too strong, but not too floral either. It smells very clean and when I use it the smell lasts for a decent amount of time. Bottle size is very good! It will last awhile!
