We understand how frustrating it can be when your Swiffer PowerMop stops working, Debbie. Our products are designed with the utmost care and undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure they reach you in perfect working condition. We're here to help you troubleshoot the issue. Here are a few suggestions we'd like you to try: * Double-check to make sure all the pieces of the pole have snapped together properly during assembly * Check the solution bottle to make sure it's clicked into place and is not empty. If it's empty, replace it. Ensure the arrow printed on the bottle label is against the pole or that the narrow side of the bottle is against the pole. * Replace the batteries by inserting fresh AA alkaline batteries in the battery compartment. Please make sure the batteries are brand new and that they all come from the same package. Do not use a mix of old & new batteries, as insufficient power will result in only one nozzle working. * The nozzles could be clogged. Brushing them gently may help them to start spraying.
