We’re sorry your PowerMop stopped working. Our products go through many quality checks, and are designed to be durable. This isn’t the experience we want you to have, and we have some troubleshooting tips for this. If you cannot hear the motor running when pressing the dispenser button, you may need to replace the batteries with fresh AA alkaline batteries. You should hear a click when closing the battery compartment. If the motor runs, but the mop isn't spraying, double-check that all the pieces of the mop have snapped together properly during assembly. Next, check that the solution bottle is not empty, and inserted properly into place. Also, sometimes the spray nozzles can become clogged.
