[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mop comes broken down, but it is very easy to put together. It even comes with AA batteries! Included are some pads and a bottle of the cleaning liquid. After doing a good job of sweeping the floor, I use this mop and it works very well at peeling all the stains off of the floor.

the mob handle on my old swiffer broke after many years so I bought the multi surface swiffer mob. that was 8 weeks ago. On the 3rd bottle replacement the bottle would not lock in. I replaced the batteries but it still would not lock in. That bottle was for the kitchen floor . When I tried the bottle for the wood floor it clicked in place. So it was the multi surface bottle that did not work.I have been stuffing a rag on the top of the bottle to push it down into place .

The original mops with the purchased power mop were fine have since bought 2 boxes of mops one with the mopping solution the other a 5 mop head box the neither performed as said, the first one there was no sticky for attachment the second when pulling the protective cover off the mop it pulled all of the adhesive with protective cover

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Swiffer PowerMop solution works well. It is easy to install and does a good job cleaning. Unfortunately I find the artifical lavender smell much too artificial and cloying. It definitely doesn't leave a "clean" smell, at least to me. Artificial lavender scent is more of an air freshener scent. I'd definitely prefer a lemon or another citrus or even pine scent. Artifical lavender does not make me think of "clean."

The cloths dry up super fast on wood floors. If there is any dust or particles it can scratch your floor. Wish it came in a neutral or different scent. I do not like the rotted fruit smell. I do like the concept and the mop does navigate easily but the handle is too short. I am only 5' 2" but you have to bend to push it and it hurts my back. I can't emphasize enough they dry up so fast and that rotted fruit smell they have is gross. Only slightly more handy than a regular mop.

The instructions are easy to read and understand. You easily snap the pile together add the products and are ready to go. This is a great set up especially for older people that need an easier way to keep areas clean. I highly recommend this mop.

Had the old wet jet for many years loved it .never any issues . Bought the new one loved it also till I just bought a new bottle of cleaner and it won’t lock into place . Tried everything and it won’t lock . Have to hold it down, it wastes a lot of cleaner, very inconvenient. What a shame it’s a good design .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this lavender scent it is not overwhelming like some scents can be. But it leaves you the impression of a slight aroma of spring flowers in the air, it is way nicer than a bleachy chemical smell that some other cleaners have

Saw a commercial about the new Swiffer Power Mop. I liked the convenience of my old Swiffer...but it stopped working even with new batteries. So I bought this new and improved version. I'm impressed. It was able to clean old floor smudges the old one couldn't. Possibly the new formula? Or the new mop head design? What ever it is I'm so happy I bought the new swiffer Power Mop.

You make a good product but for a man it has one fatal flaw. It is not made for the average man to use. The overall length it was too short for a six foot man to use comfortably. After bending over to use the product as designed back fatigue and soreness are guaranteed.
