Awful!

Awful, worst Swifter product yet. It comes apart while using it. Although everything is put/snapped together as it should be every 2 passes the top portion comes detached.

Missing parts on brand new purchase

Looks like it might be a useful product - but I bought it brand new in an undamaged, unopened package - and it was missing the battery pack on the back. So it's completely unusable.

UPDATE ON MY PREVIOUS POST

Update on my previous review. I tried another bottle of cleaner. The bottle clicked in and stayed. I feel some of the bottles of cleaners can be defective and not the mop. So I go back to, quality control is poor.

Help!

I really liked this mop BUTit stopped spraying about 3/4 of the way through the very first bottle. I replaced the batteries but it still does not spray. My previous model is still working after 3 years. Help!

Ok, but needs more thought into replacing parts.

I like how it turns, but if you misplaced the battery pack you cannot just order it. I have looked on EVERY site that I can think of to find a replacement but have to just buy another mop. Can't do it. Will try to find something comparable.

not even functional

purchased the power mop and it doesn't even come with the battery compartment, i have the batteries but no where to place them or even use the mop. also the fact that there are no replacement battery compartments is absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible!!!! Stop work for no reason!!!

If he's none I would give!!! In less the 2 months I purchased 2 of this mop for floor and both them stop worked!! Money waisted!!! We change batteries, try open to see if anything was desconect and nothing worked!!! HORRIBLE!!!!

Looking for a product like this

The power swiffer powermop was easy to use and assemble, after trying other mops this cleans my wood floors and I have no complaints. I was little alarmed at all the negative reviews, if directions are followed some of the problems wouldn"t occur.

Product is not what I thought I was buying.

Swifter power mop does not come with batteries. I have checked 3 boxes. I had to purchase my own. Do not buy unless you get a credit for no batteries.

Our Quality Team is always on watch, ensuring that every Kit is completed before it heads to your local store, so learning that you've found three kits without batteries isn't expected. We're wondering if you didn't realize they were inside the compartment, so you didn't look inside of it.
