Cleaner stopped clicking into place. Will only spray if I manually hold it down while mopping. Very difficult as I have a bad lower back. Used this product very lightly for approximately a month. Read other reviews and did what was suggested by the company. All to no avail. I’m sure their reply will be the standard: we have good quality control in place, try this for the problem, if it doesn’t work, call us at such and such a number. Sounds more like they’re on the defensive, rather than actually taking care of the consumer.

To all the community, once you try this, you will never go back to the traditional way of mopping your floors. Water and a bucket is a thing from the past. I love this product. The fact that cleans my floors great and after, you can discard the dirty pad. There are other products that I tried, such as the ones that have an attach pad and after, you can wash it. Who wants to do more work. I rather use the Power mop and discard the pad. Excellent product. I will recommend this to all of you.

Just insert solution bottle into mop and push down to click. I have hardwood floors throughout and tile floors in my bathrooms. This floor cleaner works great and smells great. Great floor cleaner.

I wanted to upgrade my current Swiffer Wet Jet and saw this Power Mop in the grocery store. The first one I brought home, the spray bottle would not click into place. I returned it for another one. The same thing, the bottle does not click into place. My husband had to wedge a small piece of cardboard to keep it attached.

This bottle is easy to insert and maneuver in the swifter power mop base. Lavender is one of those scents that are hard to recreate and when done right you are left with the scent of fields filling the air.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 dogs and vacuum AND sweep daily. When I got this swiffer it changed all of that. I take the mop and just walk around the house and watch as it picks up all of the hair. It’s AMAZING how much it picks up and keeps it clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this starter kit a few weeks ago and I am hook! I love the solution for the floor and the pads that come with it. I am not sure if any of the pads come with a scrubber on them. If they do I will definitely try those next. Very easy to use, and save so much time in cleaning since you don’t have to pull out the mop and bucket
