My second power mop has just broke. Same thing happened twice. The button just stopped functioning. Works great for about a month then dies out of nowhere. We continually second guess our batteries and test them in other products and they work fine. Is this normal? Are we the family that happens to get the duds? Super disappointing especially since we have a bunch of liquid refills and are down a mop AGAIN. :( Luckily your dusters have no faulty electronics! They’re great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like cleaning scents that are floral or strong so I wasn't sure I was going to like the scent of this lavender cleaner, but it is very gentle. You get a hint of lavender but it isn't overpowering or too strong. It smells clean!

Everything about it is just plane easy to use, from the way you load the cleaning solution to the battery pack. I also really like that the head or floor width is wider than my old model and covers a lot more floor area which makes cleaning the floors faster than ever.

I've had.my power mop for over 3 months now and overall I'm very happy with it. The pads and cleaning solutions could be less expensive but in today's economy what can you expect I find that the power map makes mopping the floors much easier and does a terrific job. The only problem I've had is that my grandson took the battery holder/compartment off the map and has lost it and I've been unable to find anywhere to get a replacement

I have used it on all floor types ranging from vinyl to hardwoods with ease. It makes mopping fun again with the simple push of the mop. I would be sad during my cleaning routine with out it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kit comes with batteries, solution, and two mop heads. It was easy to put together just had to snap handle into place. Before you use you have to remove a cardboard piece that is in-between the solution and the swiffer. The swiffer sprays a good distance and you don't need to spray as much or it will leave streaks on your floors. You have to really scrub to get the grime off your floors. Really only good for spot mopping.
