I was initially thrilled with my purchase of the Swiffer PowerMop. For the first two weeks, it worked like a charm, handling tough messes with ease and making my cleaning routine much faster and more effective. Unfortunately, my excitement was short-lived. Just as I had fully stocked up on refills, the mop suddenly quit spraying and wouldn't start again. While I have always held Swiffer in high regard for their innovative and effective cleaning solutions, the PowerMop fell short of my expectations. The sudden malfunction left me quite frustrated, especially since I had invested in additional refills based on my initial positive experience. Given this setback, I've decided to revert to using my trusty Swiffer WetJet, which has been going strong for over two years without a hitch. It's disappointing because I genuinely appreciated the PowerMop when it was operational, and I had hoped for similar reliability. For potential buyers, while the PowerMop may offer an enticing promise of easy and efficient cleaning, be wary of its longevity. I hope Swiffer can address these issues in future iterations, as the brand usually delivers quality and reliability. As for me, I’m sticking with the WetJet for now.

The kit comes with batteries which is a plus, I hate the "batteries sold separately" nonsense, so glad that wasn't the case here. The mopping pad has long "hairs" that pick up everything!

I thought I would like this mop better then the other jet mop I had but i don’t I cannot get the liquid to come out of the holes on mop as it is suppose too. I push and push numerous times and nothing comes out even when I do get it to come out it is little bits. Not happy at all but I do like the pads. Bummer

I am not a big fan of lavender, and the only other scent was fresh scent, which I liked. Would like to see a few more scent options, but love the product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is streak free and smells good. It is not over powering but leaves the home smelling good. It also helps remove all dirt and grime from all kinds of surfaces. We have tile, laminate, and hardwood and it works great on them all!

I really loved this mop and would have liked to give it five stars, but the mop stopped working after a month and a half. I tried replacing the batteries and still did not work. I am disappointed because I stocked up on solution, pads, and even convinced family members to upgrade from the PowerJet.

In my house it’s just me and my daughter Shannon. She’s home for the summer from college and it’s nice to have her back in the house. While I much prefer wearing slippers around the house, she lives in white socks. And by white I mean they’re blinding white knee socks. While she’s gone the mop and bucket sufficed for cleaning my floors, but now that she’s back home doing her favorite thing in the world, sliding on her socks into every room in the house, we realized the floors weren’t really clean, the bottom of her socks were black at the end of the day. It was time for swiffer power mop. What an upgrade, not only do the floors look clean, they ARE clean. And her socks are sparkling white at the end of the day. A great product. Five stars from both of us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the scent of this Swiffer PowerMop lavender solution! The scent fills my entire home when I clean my kitchen floor and lasts for hours! I think the lavender scent is relaxing and the solution does a great job cleaning my floors! It holds up to the tests of my 2 - 55lb. Dogs running in and out of the house full of mud!
