Purchased a lot of pads and replacement cleaner.it stopped working just has trickles of fluid. I cleaned it and also replaced the batteries. The batteries are not the issue. Now I am left with extra supplies and no mop.
Product stopped working almost a year of use.

You can't get a new one without rebuying the clunker. Proctor and gamble have horrible customer service. They really could care less they have your money now.
